Pretty responsive staff

It wasn¿t up-to the standards at all for a four star hotel. Not even to two star standards. We couldn¿t get to the room because of a no working lock. It wasn¿t really clean & neat. Breakfast was okay. Over all wasn¿t a good experience.

The staff was helpful and truly tried to help.

Room was not properly cleaned. It was a suite, but lacked all the linens and cleanliness. Location was very awkward to find. Food was meh.

I used to go every time in this hotel to catch my flight but I book I full bed and staff is always providing 1 single bed to me

The entrance is hard to find, and the overall ambience lacks freshness. Rooms feel dated with poorly maintained decor and amenities. The washroom and shower area fall short of expectations, leaving the stay underwhelming.

Corridor to the room was very smelly, smoking and non-smoking rooms were closed to each other on the same floor. Smell was unbearable before entering the room. We stayed in a suite and the suit had a weird smell when we enter first time, possibly smoke smell entered the room while cleaning. This should be considered.

Cleanliness could be better. The room was damp, no sunlight, smelled of dampness. There was no extra towel to use as door mat, there was no door mat either

Had to wait a lot during check out at the reception. Being a regular customer this was awkward. Also, the amount of time I had to wait to get the check out process complete was something bit odd and over doing. Apart from this everything all right.
