Collection O Biswa Bangla Kolkata Formerly Dream Palace

Very bad staff behaviour, didn't listen to us most of the time.Even drinking water is chargeable, basic products not provided like shampoo, handwash, soap.Very high price for such a room.Worst ever experience.

The room which was shown in the website was not provided infact they provided a very tiny room with glass door and bathroom was somewhere else. Tiniest bathroom i have ever seen in my life. The price 709 is just a gimick. When i arrived they said for the shown room i need to pay around 1600.

The hotel was good they charged you extra. Either They gave you 1 bed with a glass gate and common bathroom

Hotel stuff they said to me give more money for staying here. I booked 850 rupees they're said to give 1500 rupees.

Disappointing

The ad is of wrong room . When you visit the place they offer you a very small room which does not have attached toilet. Then they ask you to pay additional money if you want to switch room . This way i needed to pay 700 INR extra for each day
