The location.

Facilities were really bad. The bed frame and mattress were dirty, cocroaches were moving around ..the place was smelling especially in the bathroom.

Bakwas hotel not refunded my money. We didi not stay yet lost 2500 rs

Bakwas place. Super small room unclean and bad. We did not stay n yet they charged full amount and did not allow us to leave. Customer care did not help in time. After many complains they did not return the money

Pathetic service. There were no blankets provided. The bedsheet was stained and very dirty. I went to the reception 10 times asking them to change the bedsheet, provide the remote for Ac, asked for toilet roll. But nothing happened. The caretaker was rubbing the fresh bedsheets against the dirty stairs. I saw it and was shocked. Pathetic service.

The hotel was patheic. When i booked through booking, they sent me link to fabhotels to pay for booking confirmation, approx .25 of room rent for 3 days 26-29th. when I entered with husband and kid, they made us check in without showing room. room was not at all as per pictures, small, filthy sheets and pillows, open drain in small bathroom, room walls dirty and filthy. By daughter was not able to stand the room as well. We kept luggage and went out to search another hotel. came back, hotel person showed other room which was similar dirty one. we said we will move out. HE demanded complete money. 2400/ for 1 day. we had to pay as Fabhotel customer care was not responding. And we paid 2400/ for not staying in filthy room. Such a bad experience.Please do not go for this hotel and do not book anything with Fab Hotels.I am still struggling with customer care to get my refund. wasted 4000/ for not staying in the hotel :-(
