Nice hotel in the centre of the city everything is available easily.... About the hotel would like to say it's up to the mark comparing other hotels ..... Staff are very polite. Specially who stay during day time. And Mr. Alam was very helpful person. Thankyou so much... It was the plesent stay... Would like to recommend highly....

Great hotel with fabulous, friendly and helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Clean bathroom and toilet, large double room. Well positioned for Park Street area and Mother Teresa Motherhouse. Approx. 35mins to Victoria Memorial. Staff really helpful on day of leaving when we needed to leave and collect our bags.

Location is ok ..not walkable. Nearest metro is park street takes rs 100-120 by cab .. No food restrauants around

It was very noisy throughout the night, with loud music playing close by. If you’re a light sleeper then I’d probably stay elsewhere. The room was also very damp.

The room was not a clean as I would have liked. The floors seemed to be swept but not mopped. There was hair on one of the beds when we arrived and hair and dust in the corners of the rooms. Also, after our first night we had ants in some of our belongings. The staff were very helpful and kind and took care of the ants quickly and mopped the floor, but I would have expected those things to have been taken care of before we arrived. Also, we had to request them to bring basic essentials like towels and slippers for the toilet.

Hotel is too good neat and clean staff behaviour is so good if any time I visit Kolkata in future I definitely choose for my stay.

The staff who takes the luggage to your room is very nice.

There is a large pile of trash in front of the hotel that makes the property smell terrible. The pictures are nicer than the actual hotel. The woman at the front desk was very rude to us when we were checking out. The elevator is very small and can only fit one person. There are cockroaches. There was extensive mold in the bathroom and when we informed the staff they did not care.

Hidden away from the hustle and bustle was quiet, clean and very friendly staff. They helped me out with info I needed and made sure my stay was very comfortable.

First I would like to talk about the staffs. They were very friendly and always provided us with the stuffs we asked for like electric kettle.The food was also very delicious and the price was reasonable. We avoided eating out and always ordered from the hotel itself. The room was well maintained and clean. Although the price of the room was pretty low it had almost everything like a cupboard , smart tv, free wifi, geyser.Overall my stay at the hotel was very good.

horrible location, congested and dirty street, terrible hygiene and tiny room where no space except bed, toilet was not good, no tea, lift was tiny and it was claustrophobic.
