Capital O New All In One Near City Centre Salt Lake

Absolutely nothing.

The description and the pictures do not match the real rooms. It almost felt like a scam. The room door couldn't be locked from outside. There was no security and safety measures. There are so many people living in the same building and your room is just a small dirty room with no working locks from outside. Staff were rude and didn't understand English well. The room was as dirty as it could get. I checked out after one night and the rude staff didn't mark my stay as checked out. I am very disappointed with the trip. They even didn't give me a refund for the remaining two nights that I had booked initially. In summary: disgusting, unsafe and rude.

The mattress was nice along with the balcony.

The balcony was a shared one with the attached different room and the bed had rollers, so if anyone lean on the wall and sit, it would roll over front

My family and I recently visited this place. We had a great time because the staff was very helpful, the rooms were spotless, and all the amenities were appreciable

Nothing. The so called hotel declined to give me accommodation despite full payment having been made . The staff was very rude and misbehaved.

This is a fraud hotel out and out. Despite my booking having been confirmed and payment made in advance, it refused to give me accommodation saying that someone else has been given the same. When I said that I could complaint about it, the official said that I cannot harm them and it did not make any difference. The person on counter said it had right to refuse accommodation despite confirm booking and full payment. I will never book any Oyo listed property or through Booking.com

They overbooked and made me wait till 12 noon to tell me they will not give my a room but online it's showing rooms available and they are taking new booking for the same date. No support for the manager, property manager or booking.com
