good breakfast location service

The service and the food. The happy hours for all residents in the evening.

Spacious room with several windows (which is a plus in India) and great area (safe, clean and with decent food options). It is a simple hotel that could be a topper on its category with a good value for money

Arriving after 8:00 pm we expected our room to be ready for the four guests, however there were insufficient pillows (2), blankets (2) and towel (1!!!). Took a while to get things setup. But the worst was the shower with no hot water. 3 different people came to the room and no one solved for it. The last person asked for 2 minutes and never returned. If the hotel can deliver on some basics (organization and hot water) it has great potential

Only that it’s located in a nice place closer to the malls

The AC’s were not functional, staff were not polite and friendly.

Perfect accommodation to stay if someone needs comfort cleanliness excellent service support during their travelling at new town Kolkata. It is well connected with entire city by means of nearby metro cab and bus service.

Nothing is there to be highlighted, and I had a very good experience and it is highly recommended to everybody for staying alone with family or friends.

Facilities services Location Feed Attitude Behavior Support Service Housekeeping Comfort level Housekeeping Look Convenience Neighbours Road greenery all are very good and nice

What is my observation is that all are good and perfect Nothing is there to dislike well connected easily to move here and there by walk or cab or nearby metro Food are very good in the in-house restaurant.

Good decor of ceiling nothing else

Staff behaviour was very rude specially manager throwing attitude at customers on asking about bill breakup. You have to call for everything from complimentary breakfast to cleanliness issues.Owner was not open to constructive feedback.

Convenient location, near to the axis mall, good breakfast, also good for few days of stay.

Good rooms and well maintained rooms and near to all good restaurants , axis mall and newtown bus stand is near to this hotel and room is spacious and clean and neat I'm recommend for everyone....

They kept sending me threatening messages that my booking will be cancelled if I didn't pay in advance even though they advertise on booking.com as "pay at hotel". I made the payment and the cancelled my booking on the day of check-in and did not refund me any money. This hotel is a scam.
