the receptionist behaviour is so bad & there services

Neat and Hygiene rooms .The best part is walkable distance from Airport. Less than One kilometer. No need to hire a cab or wait for the cab to go inside the Airport.

The location is good & the staffs are cooperative.

The foot mat in front of the washroom was missing. The wall is dirty.

It was too noisy as the airport roll d beside the hotel. Behaviour of staffs are fair with me but their was an incident happen. May be some issues happen with payment or something else with some guest who are staying. Their was a shout and it frequently interrupted my sleep and raise of security concern. As i have requested the hotel for car to airport as I need to depart for airport 3.30 am they didn’t arranged it and I need to walked in the empty street in dark after check out that night. So it was not so good services or support i would say. I have paid 1500 rupees for ac room but the ac not functioning well and toilet flush was not working.

Value for money and staff is really helpful.I was sick they got me medicine and when I could not find location they picked me up.Location is close to airport so it was perfect for layover but it’s close to main road and Kolkatta there’s lot of honking.Neighbors can play loud music sometimes but still the hotel was comfy except for noise.

Good for 1-2 days of stay as its very near to the airport. At night (specifically past midnight) it will barely take 5-7 mins to reach airport by cab. During daytime or traffic time also, it taken 15-20 mins.

Space is little constricted and cramped.

Nothing at all, i stayed there for just 30 minutes and checked out

Very poor breakfast provided by the hotel, that also after asking for breakfast.

The room was very dirty and rice was spread all over the table and the bathroom was also very dirty & smelled foul.

Nearby airport, so good place to spend a night either waiting for flight or if you have late night arrival.

They charge you extra for air conditioning which 500 per day which makes this average hotel very expensive. It's better to book some other hotel which gives AC in the tariff itself. They will also charge you one day rent for early check in doesn't matter even if you do early check in only few hours ago.

The room seemed new though quite small. Most importantly, bathroom was clean. Staffs were helpful in arranging transport to the airport.

The mattress was a bit hard. The floor was dusty but we stayed only for few hours so didn't mind it much.

Not atall good.

Room was small and uncomfortable in compairision to rent.The staff members were asking extra money to turn on air conditioner,however later on allowed.

Double payment has happened and almost 48 hours have passed and they have not refunded it.
