- The room was small compared to my selected and paid room. One bathroom towel was provided in the room. Even glasses were not provided in the room.
- Tha room was to small, there was hardly any space to keep my bag, i had to eat or drink on the bed,coz no space, what i saw in the picture before booking was totally opposite..it was worst then a Rs-500/ lodge.
- Had an unplanned extra day due to flight issues but got this booking within 1hr. Getting there by taxi or guiding food delivery guy was difficult. Stayed at a small makeshift balcony/room (4th floor) but it had a view. That room, I will only recommended to solo budget travellers. It took me 9 days to get an Invoice after communicating with them 4 times, twice the hotel manager and twice to Booking.com (one of them was a unexpectedly costly call to a Europe customer care centre, but I was happy with that)

Terrible experience. that I booked a different hotel the same day
it was so so disappointing, pictures shown online vs the actual room was so different. I booked the premium room which looked like a used lodge and when I told them that I had booked a premium room paying extra they said it was their premium room which was so opposite the pictures. no facility broken washroom door, water blockage was shower. nothing working. room had no space at all to even walk.
In breakfast of course they should have given options but as they informed that the kitchen was not functional because of Covid 19 so let's believe that else it would be OK.
Staff was courteous and friendly.
