Property is at great location but cleanliness was very bad. Staff were very unhelpful and arrogant.

Nice location for shopping in New Market, Metro Plaza, AC market, BK market, etc.

The receptionist (Rohit) was very rude. Definitely he doesn’t know how to speak with a customer. Full day he’s on his phone and on top of it he behaves and talks as if he owns the entire building.

They are spamming people. Please do not book or stay at this hotel. It is a low key guest house in an old building and advertised in multiple names. When you go there , they would ask you to pay extra for a better room. Most of the pictures are wrong or edited. Stat away.

I didnt stay at the property. On reaching the property the receptionist said that all the rooms were booked

In your app booking, arrival time all are confirmed. But after reaching the hotel reception they told us that I have no any reservation in their hotel. It's horrible. Don't play like this with your customer. If you have no command over this hotel please don't list on your website or app

Worst room service. Bed cover, pillow ...etc pathetic.. even after cancelation for remaining 1 day ..my money dint got refunded..

The Hastings club is not good for family, very poor Behavior of the manager. 2nd time no one will visit this hotel. Very poor cleaning . They should treat to customers friendly.

Proper cleaning and good attitude. Changing of bed sheets and towels.

Food ,location , staffs ,rooms, washroom ,everything's is excellent and staffs are very helpful

Just the pictures on Booking.com and NOTHING ELSE

Booked a room for 3, but didn't get what we saw in the pictures of booking.com Instead we got a very small room and had to change it as we 3 could not fit in there because of the small beds. They even took extra payment for changing the room.The washroom had water clogging and they did not fix it even after requesting them to.The hotel even charged for water as they said there are no complimentary water or any extra service if booked via booking.com

Location was still ok. Getting cabs was not much difficult from here. Not too far from railway station as well.

Staffs were utterly rude. They had no rooms of the category they had shown in the booking.com platform. They are operated by OYO and the booking made on platform will be confirmed by oyo and not the hotel themselves. They put all the blame on OYO and asked us to never book in future from this platform. They also did not provide any complementary water bottle in the room in the scorching heat because the booking was not from OYO app. It was a pathetic experience for us. The AC was not working effectively and their bathroom also stink very bad. There were trash in the corridor infront of most of the rooms and we could also see dust, broom stick on the leftover plates. No house keeping or cleaning staffs paid attention to remove those trash or used plates from the corridors. Staffs had no manner of speaking and did not do or take. Initiative to make our stay comfortable.

Not at all user Friendly place. i reached the hotel at 9 for check-in.they charged 30% extra charges for 2 hrs early check-in. Next day was my check out I had my flight at 8pm and I had to check-out by 5pm. The staff had made such a scence and forced me to pay 30% extra. Not at all recommended to stay. I stayed at many places did not find such a commercial place. No sensitivity to situations and not at all understanding the situation of the guests. NOT RECOMMENDED

Cleanliness

We were a group of 9 people and reached at 2:00 AM. I had already informed the property about our time of arrival. But when we arrived the staff first told that no such booking exist in my name. Then he told that the booking has been cancelled and demanded extra money and he did not allow us to enter unless we paid the full amount including the extra amount. We had no other option but to agree to what he said. I had also booked a triple room but the same was not provided and no extra bed was also provided. The staff also charged Rs. 30 per bottle of water which should be complimentary or else Rs. 20 maximum but forcibly charged us.

The staff were very cooperative polite and courteous at this hotel. Excellent services, clean room, comfortable bed.
