Had a wonderful stay at Bluo Lakeview Hotels, Newtown. Everything was excellent, from the ambience to the service. Special thanks to Souvik Roy for being extremely helpful and ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience. Highly recommended!

Very spacious and clean rooms. The service is excellent.

Quiet but close to transportation. Spacious. Reasonably priced. Staff very attentive.

Not super clean towels and linens.

Polite staff. Clean facilities. Well maintained room and bathroom.

I wish there was a better menu for food

I am across this property in booking.com and was skepticle about it at first.however, these guys ensured we had a smooth journey before check in and throughout our stay Mr souvik roy very careful and very helpful amazing stay and hospitality ?

I came across this property in booking.com and was skeptical about it at first. However, these guys ensured we had a smooth journey before check-in and throughout our stay. Mr Souvik was amazing with his hospitality and supported us at every aspect of our stay. They are very hospitable overall and the best part is the breakfast!! It is amazing and tastes delicious, especially their aloo paratha clubbed with and chutnis. At such an affordable tariff, the property is the perfect. In terms of location, there are multiple food joints available and it is a peaceful place to take walks.

I booked Bluo Hotel at the last minute, and I must say it was a great deal! The room was clean, spacious, and to my surprise, they upgraded me to a beautiful lake view room on request. The property also hosts corporate guests from reputed companies, which creates a very professional and pleasant environment. It's an ideal stay for any business traveler visiting Kolkata. Highly recommended!

I recently stayed at Bluo Hotel during a medical visit, and the experience was very comfortable. The property is located less than 1 km from Tata Cancer Hospital, which was extremely convenient. The room was spacious and hygienic, especially the bathroom. The 24/7 front desk and security gave an added sense of safety. They also offer fresh, homely meals which I truly appreciated. Highly recommended for anyone visiting for medical purposes.

The staffs were very friendly and felt so homely ..they also adjusted with my departure timing..the property was very clean ..indeed I don't know Hindi but they still managed to speak to me in English and made it so comfortable

Hospitality and privacyVery friendly staff and management. Especially MR. Amiya Nayak (Manager) & MR. Mahinder Das (staff). They also gave me food and place suggestions as I was new to the city.

Everything is perfect

Although it says it is a hotel, it is more like a serviced apartment. The apartment can be a one room or a sitting and sleeping room depending on the choice. The breakfast selection is limited to one item and fixed quantity, and needs to be requested the earlier evening. They have an iron for clothes which can be requested at the reception.

We were given a different room earlier than the one we booked. After raising an issue we were given the room we booked. This is not appropriate. Also the room was not ready and we had to request additional towels and toiletries.

Great location in the new part of the city. We booked for one night before flying out. Not exactly close to the airport but we were able to reach within 15 minutes (early morning before traffic). The staff were excellent and very attentive bit in reaching out via WA before checking in and on arrival and departure.

The room itself was clean and generally of a good standard. However we had chosen a suite and what we got was a room with a shared lounge area. When we left at 5.00am to go to the airport two people we sleeping on the floor in the lounge area.

The ambience and the staffs are really friendly, special thanks to Dipayan for taking Good care of me

Good stay. well maintained. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Had all amenities and stay was more than expectations.

The cleaniness and rooms and staff behavior

There were no options for breakfast as they had their own menu, and you had to live with it.

Rooms was nice and the staff was good.

Response from the team was very prompt. Rooms were neat and well maintained. LakeView from the balcony was very refreshing , with a corner to have tea and enjoy the weather.I am a daily yoga practitioner and finding such a place for my early morning routine was very refreshing . It is well connected to the center with proper transportation facilities .

There's one bulb blinking in the bedroom. Wifi wasn't connected properly .

The staff attending there were short of hands., inspite of that the person incharge i think Mr.Mahendra was trying to make us comfortable with the limited manpower available. Any how is great experience. I recommend for sure.

Less manpower, otherwise is good.

It was very comfortable and pleasant stay at BluO. Location was fabulous and easy to locate. The food was very homely and hygienic. We got executive suite at 4th floor with elevator access. Will for sure stay in their property again in future as well.

The rooms were fine.

Some of the pictures of the property are misleading. There is no lobby/ hall / terrace where we can arrange get-together.
