- Appalling hotel; poor staff and service but more importantly very bad location - ironically, I chose this place based on the close proximity from the airport. Don't be fooled by Booking.com's distance calculation - it appears to be aerial distance not actual travel distance. It's almost impossible to get a taxi at this location. It's not even on the main road, you'll have to access it via a narrow alleyway where cars won't be able to easily turn so nobody want's to come here. We had a morning flight to catch, so picked up this hotel, but we ended up walking upto the main road with two children and four luggages and luckily we managed to hail two small maruti suzuki taxis - one for the passengers and the other for the baggage. The staff wasn't helpful, and offered a possible taxi booking at Rs700, whereas it costed us Rs150 per taxi eventually. Paying for your stay is another problem as they don't accept any international card. Even the manager didn't know this - made me think that they don't get international guests. I had to walk up a busy road to find an ATM to withdraw money in local currency after midnight as we would checkout at 4:30am so wanted to clear the bills before going to bed.Never going back, thank you.
