Receptionist is always looking out to offer help. Restaurant staffs and housekeeping staffs were friendly. Everyone wears a smile and that makes the stay pleasant. Everyone there made us feel home.

They stole my Nike shoes and did not accept it also. It was very bad experience. Also the bed sheets and pillow covers were not clean and was stinking.

Everything. I'm a frequent Kolkata traveller. This property has become my favourite place to stay. It's located opp TCS geetanjali park, hence location is good, away from hustle. This is a couple friendly hotel. The staff remains on toes to keep up with the expectations of all guests day in day out. Mr Abhishek, owner always takes extra care to make me feel comfortable. It's noiseless. Very clean. They have recently introduced in room dining which is just awesome. The chef is excellent. Chicken masala and Mumbai sandwich is a must try at this place.

Location and cleanliness

The hotel did not have lift, food facilities, also tea was not provided.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, good location and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. The Owner Mr. Abhishek is an Awesome host. Since the property is new, there were few glitches nevertheless, the staff was always on toes. They also have a very good Man Friday system, in this they are always supportive to provide u more than the usual services. Overall it was a nice experience. Thanks, specially to Abhishek ji.

They should start the restaurant soon.

location was very close to our puropose. rooms, toilets were very neat and clean. bed was confortable.

The air conditioner didn’t work at all which is and was a problem in 100⁰ weather. electricity gone many times. we couldn’t even sleep there I called the front desk and told them about this disaster. I’m surprised they even have a business .. nothing seems to pay up to rs 3000 per day for a room. horrible customer service, worst experience ever. Do not ever waste your money. It is a new hotel but all works are not completed. because of the air conditioner wasn’t working , They upgraded me to a room in the third floor that works were not completed . So you can imagine how quickly that ruined that date. More over they asked for more money than i committed during booking

Absolutely pathetic experience . Its not at all up to the mark as compared to the room tarrif.1. THERE IS NO LIFT IN THE HOTEL . 2. YOU WILL FIND BEER BOTTLES AND CIGARETTE BUDS LYING AROUNG IN THE CORRIDOOR3. The entire hotel smells like a bar . Not at all ideal for families.Firstly, the room tariff is higher than any other hotel of this size in New Town . The average room tariff around the area is 1500 . Since this hotel charged more , so I expected the services to be a notch better . but… I had booked 2 rooms for 5 people through booking.com and upon arrival they forced me to pay extra 1000 rs for the 5th person . I was stranded in the heat of Kolkata with 2 elderly persons and had to suffice to their demands . But the night mares continued . The entire hotel has only 2 housekeeping staff who take ages even to deliver plates to the room and getting the room cleaned is a mamoth task as they keep procrastinating whenever we call them to clean that too once in day .I had to extend my stay due to unforeseen reasons . And the manager charged me 1000rd more than what was shown in booking.com . When I told them that I will book the extended stay online he threatened me that he will throw us out of our rooms and will to pay for half day room tarrif over the online fare . This is by far the worst hotel stay I have had anywhere in India.

Staff were extremely accommodating and allowed us to move rooms on request. The rooms were modern and clean.

Staff the way they behave, cleanliness and particularly Mr Arnav the manager he was good With his behavior and arranged things asap everytime.

kitchen still not fully setup but I got some particular food for my daughter made in their kitchen. Which made us happy.

Best hotel in Newtown.. excellent rooms. Very good service and the attention from the staff is perfect. The owner of the hotel Abhishek is very friendly and takes care of the needs of guests as his utmost priority. I stayed for 4 days and was completely satisfied with the service and cleanliness. Rooms are exactly as shown in the picture. This is just a premium class hotel for business class travellers at a very good rate. It will definitely be my first preference to stay next time i visit kolkata, no second thoughts about it.
