Hotel is at the prime location. Easy access to public vehicles. Rooms were neat and clean. The room attende was very king and polite.
At first when we arrived, we were asked to wait for an hour coz the manager was not available. It would be not a big deal if i was travelling solo. I was with my mother and it was very insensible for the staff to keep us waiting. Also the food could be much better
We liked the interior, cleanliness and hygiene. The location was good and how conveniently connected to the bus stop nearby.
They should have more options for breakfast and not everything in the breakfast menu was available.
Despite a few minor concerns, this was a great place so I had to give the property and its staff a 10. Situated in a newer and upcoming area of Kolkata this small hotel even impressed my friends relatives who wondered how we found the place. Lobby is presentable with a small reception and elevator service to all floors. Rooms are very clean. I was with a friend and we each had a room. Mine was a little bigger. Beds much more comfortable than what we had experienced up to now. There is a TV but no english channels. Linens, towels were all clean. Food is available and was quite good. Really great was the staff, who were always there to assist with any queries.
My friend and I found it a little difficult to get the right water temperature when using the showers in our rooms. Things they could improve: Find a way of getting some english programming on TV. There is a kettle in the room-yes, exactly what we were confused about. A kettle in the room but no tea bags, coffee, creamer etc. It would cost very little to add that.
The place is excellent very near to new town bus stand so it is easily accessible by the guests. Moreover the place is sparkling new and so good. Spacious rooms and clean washrooms the area is great too. You will love it i stayed forr a day and i was so impressed the price is reasonable and the services are exceptional.
The curtains could have been a little thick.
Rooms and services were good and clean.
This was an extension of our previous stay. Please see earlier comments.
