- This is a small set of apartments on 4 floors converted to a "hotel". I checked in on a Friday night and many units seemed to be occupied by young couples on a romantic night. On Saturday morning, I had to leave for a business meeting at 9:00 am. When I came down to the from lobby, I found that there was no person at the reception, that no one was picking the hotel phone line when I called and that the property had front gate that was locked. After 10-15 minutes of pounding on various staff doors in the hotel, with no success, I had to jump over the boundary wall of the property to go to my meeting. Its a 4 foot drop. This facility has no business being advertised as a hotel. Especially on Booking.com.
- Rooms are not cleaned in ages. We changed 2 rooms after persuasion but broken furniture and dirt everywhere. Had to leave in after 5-6 hours stay.
- Checked in around 1230 am with spouse. Booked AC room but AC was not working, hotel staff said it will take some time to cool the room and I waited till 3 am and found AC automatically stopped and we had to spend whole night without AC. TV also not working. Toiletry as mentioned prior booking not provided. Overall I had to stay at non AC room so a partial amount may be refunded to my account.
