Cons -
- The room was not clean washroom and floors were dirty. The beds of the bedsheets and pillows covered had stains. Television was not working
- Dirty Hotel, dusty room, torn bedsheets, broken AC, broken door knob whatever can go wrong in a place has actually gone wrong in this hotel.
- They cancelled my booking for 1 day out of 2 days; and relocated me to another hotel which was way too interior stating that their hotel was full on second day. This really caused trouble to me since I had to shuffle next day of my checkin

The hotel is located at the Biswa Bangla Sarani and very near to the Kolkata airport. You will find many good restaurants and fun places nearby.
First, the toilet wasn’t cleaned. They didn’t even check whether the previous users left the washroom/toilet in an usable condition. Second, one of the windows wasn’t properly closed (you can’t close it) and lots of noises were coming from the street.
The hotel is not clean properly
Need to clean everyday
