All the staffs are really nice and so helpful.The size of the room is also okayish.

I think it's a bit old property because the faucets in the toilet are all rusty.It would enhance their property if they only change that.Other than that it's good

Excellent comfortable memorable stay there. The service is very good.The staffs there very helpful and cooperative. The hotel is well maintained. Kitchen services are very hygienic and good. Very close to airport. Prime location.I highly recommend it to all to choose it for comfortable stay in affordable price.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and cannot recommend it enough. The service was outstanding, and the staff were incredibly polite and accommodating, which truly made the experience exceptional. The room was spacious, with plenty of natural light thanks to the large window. Additionally, the check-in process was seamless and quick – it took less than two minutes! I was impressed by the efficiency and attention to detail. Overall, a fantastic stay, and I will definitely be returning!

While my overall experience was pleasant, I believe there are a few areas where enhancements could make a significant difference:Basic Amenities: I noticed that some basic amenities were missing in the room, such as tissue paper in the toilet and toothpaste. Providing these items would go a long way in improving guest comfort.Seating in the Bathroom: It would be helpful to have a small, comfortable seating option inside the bathroom, particularly for guests who need a place to sit while bathing. This addition would greatly enhance convenience and comfort.Cleanliness: While the room was generally tidy, I felt that more attention should be given to cleanliness, especially in the bathroom and washroom areas. It is essential that these spaces are spotless to ensure a hygienic and comfortable experience for guests.

I liked the bed and the services/behaviour of staff members.

There were so many little things which could not be ignored. In my room which was 404, the shower head was not proper, there was a big hole instead of the door knob of the connecting room. Multiple switches were missing so empty sockets were there.

Great Location.

Staff is very casual, Rooms are not maintained properly, Bathroom is stinking. WeHad to shift the room as the bathroom was so bad. We booked car from Hotel for early morning drop well in advance the previous night, the driver informed me that he will wake me up a 4 am, but when i woke him up at 4 am he refused to go, giving some flimsy arguments so I had to book an ola. Totally dissatisfied with this visit.

It was value for money that's the only good thing

Breakfast was like as if serving to poor.. had terrible experience while sleeping on the first night.. not very bad but not very good as well would not like to stay in the future though..

Staff is cooperative.

Maintenance of property is very poor, cleaningness is issues. towel ava not available. No in-house restaurant, so Tea was not available in the morning.. The hotel location is inconvenient. it's inside and behind the residential complex.

Location very bad and even rooms were very dirty.. bed sheets had stains all over We could not stay in that hotel I had to look for another hotel

The team could be trained a little in hospitality to ensure the property gain more positive review. However the team tried their best with the limited exposure, which was great to see. Over all a good experience and I would consider going back there on my next triip

Bathroom cleaning could be bit thorough. Bathroom fittings were not well kept or cleaned, rest was ok.

Entrance is not so good but the rooms are cozy and fresh. Bathroom is also good.

The location is confusing and the entrance is not good. They asked for extra charges for early check in but i guess it was fine. Other than that everything is good.

Staff is ok

Hotel is very inside in a small street, no four wheeler can come inside. Its more of low budget guest house or lodge not a hotel indeed.They charge extra gst even though it was included while you book online.

Disappointing

We booked room about 10 days ago and we reached hotel but room not ok, waiting us more time then prepared room then gave us.

Location was good to reach from airport. Staff were super friendly and accomodated our every need. Youtube and other apps were available on the TV.

Our only issue was a few stains on the bed sheets. it was a king sized bed but no king sized sheet was avaiable. They only used 2 single sheets which left a gap in the middle with the matress exposed.

The facility made nicely but poorly managed and maintained. Location near to Airport

1. I had booked for 1 day before as oir flight arrival was at 1 AM. But still the rooms were not fully ready. 1st room there were no pillows and also no towels to take shower.2. The glasses on shower room was not fully cleaned.3. The security at main entrance not open door at first (understandable). Opened after getting someone on phone and speak to him. And the most dislike for me is that was asking tip after opening the main gate. This is totally disgusting.4. No space for parking. Some how managed 1 car for the night time.
