FabHotel Carnival - Nr. Irony Market, Newtown

Great location

The hotel initially denied check in saying the price was not acceptable to the hotel. They made me speak to the owner of the brand and eventually I had to pay extra. Also soundproofing is poor and one could hear everything happening outside, which hampered sleep (on the ground floor)

Disappointing

I did not like the fact that I was used as a pawn in the problem between the hotel and the fab hotel chain. I was denied check in for an hour because the hotel owner had an issue with fab and he was trying to use my check in as a black mail to solve it. Very disappointing

Bad

The place mentioned in app is 6 kmn away from its actual location, couldn't even find it for 2 hours

Location, friendly staff, very good breakfast. At the waterslide cafe, the staff were very friendly and hospitable. partha and rugu are names I can remember. At the reception partha was outstanding.

Fab hotel diviera reception person was tooo too good he's so humble and kind and he give more respect personally i give him a 10 out of 10 .. And customer care person will arrange everything within a minute he understood my situation i dono his name that person only change hotel by same booking ID he's sooo kind and humble

In bathroom there is a window it will closed by only curtain it makes unsafe thats it

A homely environment and always smiling staffs. It is a nice experience in Kolkata.

owner is rude

very rude owner very very rude first of all we booked it with the bookings.com price latter he charged more when we asked water from him that old man rudely replied you will not gonna get anything.I mean are we living their free??

there was nothing to like about the property.

the room was stinking, bed sheet and cover had stains and had bed bugs. I had allergies after I slept in that room.

I liked the location only, other than that nothing was good.

The behavior of the staff was not good .small bedroom unclean bedsheet room service not provide and no one ask about breakfast If it remains like this then the condition will be like Oyo.

Location is good, Staff was friendly & nice. Best part was Food , Loved it , would love to stay again in this property

waste of money

The hotel was filthy, blanket was unwashed and dirty,bedsheets were torn,tv not working and bathroom was pathetic

we came for work and everything was fine mr am=nimesh ws very helfull

Location is good. Breakfast is simple. Nothing wrong in mentioning as simple breakfast rather than exceptional breakfast.

There is noting good in this property. Very nonprofessional even they don’t have any signboard. Location is not good, Staff does not maintain commitment.

Disappointing

Room Cleaning was not good, bedsheets, towels were dirty. The space of the room was very small. The location was also not easily accessible.

Nice rooms and hotel ,all staffs are very good. Hotel manager Mr. Animesh is a really good person very helpful.

It was a nice experience. Hotel staff were very nice and helpful. They never denied or hesitated to help whenever called upon. Right from the reception to departure they were very lovely.

Just one small thing though, one of the staff members hesitated once when called upon many times. Other than that it was a nice experience.
