The Palm Aryan - a Boutique Hotel

1.Immediate assistance of carrying luggage.2.Food was good.

1.Rooms too small.2.Maintainence is low.3.Getting the tv channels was difficult, even with assistance from staff.4.Water filter had algea, never cleaned water jar.

Breakfast was not up to the mark. Variety and basic items lacking. Already conveyed to the reception.

Everything was fine and the staff are nice, and cooperative as well. Bookings are safe and they are helpful. Washrooms are super clean

Everything was really great except their breakfast. They should add more options. Their breakfast is kinda sad. At least for non veg people but yeah taste is good regardless items.

Almost every thing of the the Palm Aryan Boutique ,I will recommend highly to people of your property, specially t location, staff and room mind blowing.Thank you much for the wonderful service you provided.but it’s sad I didn’t get much days to stay. This is worst hotel I have ever been to, Bed covers are not changes and bath rooms are not cleaned. Price should be 1/3rd of the current market price in same location. Receptionist behaviour is not professional.

it was not good. Hot and aircon was not working .

The room was not good. The fan at the room was making loud noise and ac was not working.The lady overcharged me by 234 Indian rupees at the entry. She was using headphones while I was checking out; I have to remind her to give my money back. There was no laundry; she told me to go out at 8 am while regular checkout time is 12 noon.it is not a boutique hotel; it is a pathetic lodge.

Clean rooms, clean washrooms, balcony, comfy beds (not too hard, not too soft). Snacks such as tea and pakodas were very good. Especially the onion pakodas. They had almost no oil, as if air friend. Very tasty too !!

There was cigarette smell inside the room. Even after room freshener usage, the smell started coming back. So had to open the balcony windows.

The rooms were modern and well built .

1st floor rooms shoudl be avoided due to noise from the kitchen . Also we found cockroaches in the room we initially stayed at 1st floor and it was most probably from kitchen nearby and not plants. However upon complaining , the owner generously moved us to 2nd floor and it was quite decent .The service is extremley slow. Just ordering 2 bottles of water took around 30 minutes to be delivered.

Lack of car parking and sanitizer in room

Location is quiet, facing a park, so qiite nice. Room was clean, especially the bed had comfortable yet firm mattress, really liked that

Park facing room is preferable, otherwise window is next to residencial housing, a bit not comfortable that. AC worked but was not good

The staff was very friendly and prompt.At this rate, the room was amazing. We even got an upgrade. Didn't order food but for someone looking for a nice non-judgmental budget place for a day or two, this is great. And also connectivity is great and the staff even helped us out at 1 am in the night so overall great experience.

Breakfast and food were awesome and reasonably priced. Staffs were polite and very friendly. It was a great stay and I'll surely be back in future.
