The staffs are quick and fast and helpful.

I have stayed at this property many times since 2022, but over time the cleanliness has deteriorated significantly. On my recent stay, the room was extremely unhygienic. The bedsheets had visible stains, including blood marks, and there were spots even on the pillows.There was a very unpleasant smell as soon as I entered the room, the air felt unhealthy, and the entire room had a sticky, unclean feeling. While rooms may be used by different types of guests, it is the hotel management’s responsibility to ensure proper cleaning and fresh linens for every new guest.Unfortunately, this basic standard was not met. I will not be staying here again and would not recommend this property to tourists or regular travelers who care about hygiene and cleanliness.

Nothing, the worst ever property that i have stayed in my active travel.I think the reviews are manipulated completely as in reality nothing seems even closely matching. The most DIRTY property ever.I partly blame Booking.com for publishing incorrect information or misleading.

Everything was dirty including the Elevator seemed never cleaned.

We stayed because we just had to spend the night.

Me and my mother checked in at 11:30 pm, And i guess we were given the most uncleaned room, sheets were dirty and yellow, Washroom was smelling, the night lamps and wires were coming out of the wall, The dental kit was not complimentary, we had to buy it. We also bought breakfast, alu paratha which was super hard.

There is a dumpster, clean room, WiFi, water ,and a big bed. Hot water comes out of the shower.The receptionist was very kind and listened carefully to my poor English.I could very much sense where they were trying to do a good job.

Booking.com says there is a laundry. But, there is no laundry. It is a properly nice hotel and I would like to see a good introduction to it.

The property is not like value for the money, All where in floor there is ciggerate smell, room is also not cleaned up properly, bathroom is not found clean, bed is also not perfect, when checkin the room the linen of beds where clearly seen that is all ready used, overall the property is not found like value for the money.

Room service was great and food was amazing

Beds were dirty.. pillows had mould and smelt of puke.. linen had holes in it and the mattress was used way to well and was quite roughed up and sunk in centre.. if you know what I mean!

In booking.com it was showing 1335 rs but i need to pay 1500 around don't no why

The staff was too arrogant..half of the dishes in the menu were not available and they didn't even allow outside food making things even worse ..also the staff acted rude when questioned further ...rooms were not clean ..the washroom had spider webs all over very unhygienic...

No water in washroom, 3 times asked for help when at last room was changed new rooms ac was not working

Excellent service and good ambience. It was a wonderful stay with a comfortable and cleaned room . We enjoyed.

The hotel is really affordable. However, the services are excellent and food was delicious
