Super Hotel O Jagannath International Near Kolkata Airport

There is nothing you could like in this place,

It’s very expensive for the condition it is, one of the windows didn’t even have a glass this dust and noise from traffic come straight into the room.

Literally, nothing.

They didn’t provide us breakfast. They told that, you booked room online for low fare, so breakfast is not included in that. But complimentary breakfast was shown while booking.They didn’t provide us drinking water.There was no light in the bathroom. And the smell of alcohol inside the bathroom was unbearable.Couldn’t sleep during the day or night because of the noise from outside.Staff were good. But the person in the reception were not.

Location is good ,staff are good only problem bedsheet ,pillow cover are not fresh. Ladies hair was there over the bed. Towel was not good ,,,The hotel authority should take care basic facility one customer expect.

#Cleanliness needs to be improved (Almirah & Side table), #Toilet tissue wasn't there, #They don't provide brush & paste. #The slipper wasn't in the room. #Water tab wasn't good. #Toilet commode was dirty. #Needs telephone to contact Receptionist

Receptionist staff should be more polite,i wanted a print out and it was kind of urgent basis, bit the reception staff lack the ability to willingness to help,rest it was a decent stay

Nothing is good in hotel jagannath International.

The air conditioner is not working, the TV is also rebooting, the location and root of the hotel are also unexpected.

There is nothing about liking this hotel. Only one thing is, near to Airport. You can reach via car.

Rooms are not cleaned. No drinking water supply. No sope. Cockroaches are roaming around. They can enter your bags and bed also. Dirty bedsheet and pillow cover. AC remote is not available.

I checked in at 1am, as my flight was rescheduled, the staff gave me a room immediately

Rooms did have AC but bedspread was not clean, room had some insects

The did not accept Oyo rental and taking too much extra money after arrival and not provide bill

I didn’t find anything positive about this property. I just feel, it was totally waste my money.

Firstly very dirty room and toilet as well. Cockroaches were everywhere.Behave was very very bad. Never face anything like that.I booked a room through booking.com . Total cost was around 700 INR. After reaching in hotel they claimed 1200 INR. Almost double. I was late in Kolkata. that’s why I had to pay. They just told me, pay 1200 INR or you might leave.

Very near accessible to the airport and other nearby places. Room is neat and clean . I would like to add one things small washroom need to be upgraded. Staffs are very cooperative and kind. Thank you ?
