The hotel refused me checked in. Fab customer service was not existent. I had to pay again to spend a night there. Ot was a horrible experience

I liked the staff most of all, very kind and helpful, they all tried to address any needs I had quickly. The location was pretty good due to being close to the Acropolis mall. Room size was not bad, bathroom a bit small but not too bad. I liked the ceiling fans that they operate in each room. The bed was comfortable to sleep in.

The cleanliness level was not that great, although they made effort every day. The condition of the room and the bathroom was somewhat different to my expectations from the photos. It looks like it is not maintained that well. The bedsheets and towels were clean, but you could see old stains on them. Several spots in the bathroom were looking bad due to rust or stains or maybe even pollution/mold in the case of darker spots. In addition, the smells coming from the tiny bathroom window were a bit annoying sometimes.

There's nothing to like about. Staff behavior was okay.

1. The pictures shown on the site during the booking did not match the actual hotel rooms we were allocated 2. Rooms were dirty, smelling bad, and had mould3. Hotel atmosphere is not family friendly 4. AC was not working 5. Exhaust fan in the toilet/ bathroom was broken 6. Towels provided were old and didn't look quite clean 7. Bedside lamps were broken and were hanging loose 8. Duvet and bedsheets didn't look clean enough 9. Beds not comfortable at all 10. Sugar given to us (for tea) had ants crawling on it11. Overall a horrible experience, we booked for 5 nights but stayed for just 1 night and checked-out the very next day. 12. We asked if hotel could refund any money in part or full but they said they can't as it was booked through Booking.com

Need to give varities. Only Bread toast and boiled egg was served.

There was no place to keep our baggage. Need some provision.

The hotel initially looked to be good value for money

The spring mattress of the bed was worn out. The room was not clean and walls were moist. AC was not working. Reception staff was not friendly

Price was ok somewhat . Liked the food as it was more like home made less spicy

This property is on repair so till 9 pm there are noise of construction . Bed sheets are not the best on cleanliness .

I liked the facilities most, very neat and clean.The staffs are very friendly. Food quality is very good. It is worth staying there, will stay again if I come back again.

Clean and comfortable hotel in the centre of the city. The staff are helpful and gave me a room upgrade - very much appreciated.

Breakfast area lounge full of flies. Flies are on the food areas. Absolutely disgusting. Broken shower head, broken door lock, Mini fridge doesn’t work, room service.
