Hotel Angina

Location

Washroom was too small, no washing liquid, commode was not clean, no drinking water bottle supplied, no charging plug supplied, room was not cleaned during my two days stay.

Good Value

1. WiFi speed was extremely slow. 2. Bathroom wasn’t so clean.3. Staff didn’t accept online payment such as debit/credit card.

Rooms were clean

My booking clearly said I can get twin bed room. However they charged extra INR 250 in addition to the booking price given by booking.com. I spoke to the customer service staff “Manav” he confirmed it after I booked. However they still did not honor and they still charged extra.

The staff was easy going but the hotel itself was a disaster. The location is perfect for people who are looking to explore the old Kolkata.

The rooms were not clean and the restroom was a disaster. The only reason for a traveler like me to book this hotel is the position of the hotel.

The location is noteworthy, almost everything you need is in walking distance. The rooms are small but cozy. Value for money I must say.

Small rooms and small toilets. No balcony (At least we didn't get any).

Horrible experience! The shower did not work. When I tried to convey this to the guy at the reception at the end of my stay (we had two rooms, so we took shower all in the one room's washroom that was working), the receptionist started shouting at me! Overall, a very poor experience. Should be avoided.

Rooms are very small in size, no parking facility, staff behaviours are not so good. Bathrooms are darti. Bedsheets and pillow covers are also darti.Experience is bad

Well as per the price I didn't like anything about the property. It was not clean and room was too small.

The hotel was at the prime location of the city heart.

Disappointing Stay Due to Poor Cleanliness.I recently stayed on the 4th floor of this hotel and was extremely disappointed with the overall cleanliness. The bathroom was in such a poor condition that I hesitated to use it. To make matters worse, the hotel lift was frequently out of order, forcing guests to climb several flights of stairs.I would strongly advise against staying here due to the unacceptable hygiene standards. The hotel needs to prioritize cleanliness and maintenance to improve its guest experience."

Service was so poor.Price is too high than the service and according to the room size.it’s not worthy

No hot water.No electric heater.No coffee or Tea.

Towel are very dirty .. Hotel manager is not friendly to communication

Hotel place is good

Overall it was great. Good value for money..

Few fixtures and fittings need to be replaced. Has been infected by bugs (specially toilet door)

They need to fix their bathroom door. It was full of insects. The wood was rotten.

Place was excellent

Room size was small, light system of the room was very low, intercom was not working,

Location is very good... It is very near to Shamoli bus counter and very near to newmarket,also food restaurants ate available there.

Room is quite dark.. Meaning, lights are not suffiviant, all bulbs are red light.. Should have neon white lights.

The staff is doing a great service. Clean rooms & nice bathroom... And lovely place to stay for family...

Nothing. Only the lift man was helpful.

Everything, room was not clean, commode was broken, No amenities except low quality soap, window verticals was dirty, bed was uncomfortable, lift quality is bad, they don't accept cards only cash.
