Hotel Park Central

The services were horrible. The hotel is rated as a 3-star hotel, but its condition is more like that of a lodge.

Location and staff

Dirty. Lot of noise. Banging. From morning to evening. Cockroaches in the room and bathroom and bed. 2 cockroaches came along with me to my next destination

Broken toilet fittings. Cockroaches in the room and bed. 2 of them came along with me in my backpack till my next destination. Also some construction was on, on the floor below so there was loud banging from early morning.

Literally the worst hotel experience I have ever had, AC not working, bathroom dirty,staff was very rude,rooms are the same as shown in the pictures

I love the free breakfast i ordered for egg sandwich and toasted bread and black coffee they provide boiled egg as well and mango juice, staff was really good

About cleanliness specifically the bedsheets

The photo in Google differs from reality; the actual situation is worse.

I checked in on 21-04-2025, and the room was far worse than it appeared in the Google photos. I forgot my Samsung adapter and cord in my room (C-212) and called the receptionist to check and request that they courier them to me in Odisha. They were unhelpful and said there was no charger. I asked them to check the table where I left it, but they said there was nothing and hung up.Suggesting it's better to live or rest outside on the road by Chatai Bichake,rather to stay in this types of bullshit hotels.

Room was spacious.Hotel decor is very tired.Daily housekeeping.Daily 1L complimentary water Shower gel sachets and small bars of soap provided. Toilet paper not provided.Air conditioning and ceiling fan. Television.Bedside telephone.Chair. Positive aspects - All staff were very friendly and very helpful. Housekeeping team were amazing. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast served in room. Toast, omelette, tea or coffee and carton of juice.Was it worth it? - Yes, for the price in an expensive central area of the city. Cheapest we could find in the area. Who is it suited for? - All travellers on a budget, seeking a comfortable bed and hot shower, in a convenient central city but noisy location.Not ideal for light sleepers even wearing ear plugs.Quick tip -Choose a quieter room on third floor at rear of hotel not facing the street. Room number 303 was spacious with a double bed.

Noise - City traffic noise, constant sound of vehicle horns during daytime can be heard owing to poorly fitted window frame with gaps at sides. City fumes can be smelt owing to poorly fitted window frame.Mosque next door. Very short loud call to prayer heard.Two nights running occupants of large family room next door (room number 302) played television, talked and shouted loudly until 02:30 in the morning. Hotel staff spoke twice with occupants but this had no effect. Cheap hotel price maybe attracts some badly behaved and inconsiderate customers.Following night at 23:00, sounds of banging and then furniture being scrapped across the floor heard. Hotel reception informed and investigated. Adjacent rooms unoccupied. Possibly noise from floor above, occupied by landlord.The building is advertised as a hotel. The actual building functions as a hotel on only three of five floors. Other floors are either derelict or used as office space / unknown usage. First floor is derelict areaSecond floor is the reception and some rooms.Third floor is half office space and has five ooms.Fourth floor unknown purpose but no rooms.Fifth floor unknown purpose but no roomsCleanliness- Toilet and wardrobe shelves required a thorough clean by housekeeper before use. Amazing housekeeper resolved issues immediately. Decor - Visually the hotel is in a very dirty, poor, worn and tired looking state. This is a very simple issue to resolve, just needs the all the walls to be freshly painted. And a good well maintained cleaning schedule. From ground floor it is not an inviting feeling.

The location was lretty good, price wasnt too bad. Food they had was pretty tasty. Bed was pretty comfortable.

There was mold all over the bathroom and while i was staying there a mushroom grew out of the wooden door.

your rating was 3 star .this does not qualify for any star. The location was a dump. The hotel was rundown, smelly and dirty.I paid for 5 days but left the hotel the next day! I did not care about losing the money as the hotel was substandard.I went and checked into another good 3 star hotel.I am GOLD member with Expedia (GoldOneKeyCash TM $309.63)and I made a big mistake by trying to book with you. I hope I see the refund of my ticket s forMCT to BOM and BOM to MCT which Salam air cancelled and i did not receive any intimation .I had to rebook at higher cost the same flight with different airlines. The stress and tension was a lot as I was going for a very important function with my my wife. I tried you out as my son has a genius level 2 with you.

Good location at the quieter end of park street Staff were friendly Room was clean with hot water and WiFi

The entrance to the building is incredibly scruffy and off a busy motor mechanics side street - persevere beyond this and the hotel is fine.Breakfast was good but served in the room, and the agreed time was obviously viewed as flexible - not good if you are on a tight schedule.

It's not a 3 star for sure

Location is not good. No parking available.It is difficult to find the place. The hotel building is in bad shape. The rooms are very basic (definitely not 3 stars)Didn't really give a very secure feeling. The room door was not secure closed. The building has few other small companies operating in it. Hotel has few rooms on each floor.. so basically part of the floor is the hotel and part of it is other companies.

The staff’s behaviour. They knock the door in night for nothing. Unsecure for girls.

Bad everything bad. The worst hotel I have ever stayed. Entrance road has dead rat. Except for service everything was bad - Room, clinliness, food. Bathroom fixtures were not working. Room was so called delux but not like ordinary 1star room. Paid too much for third class hotel. I will never book through booking.com.

unhelpful staff, really bad food, the area is surrounded by garages. most of the amenities mentioned are not present in the room.

Location is convenient as very close to Park Street.

The room was not as clean as it looked in the photos. Need to thoroughly clean and put clean bedsheets without stains. Also the towel provided was in a bad state.

I don't like to have this experience for the second time ?
