the location of the property. behavior of the staff of the hotel

the room was not clean. hot water water, TV was not working. We informed the staff. they change the room but still things were not working.

This hotel is really good. easy to register and exit. Very kind and helpful staff

Nothing everything was pathetic .

The Room was pathetic, bed was more pathetic had to check out early and move to other one. Room was dirty. Booking.com should look into this before listing this..You are going to loss one of your customer.

The place was decent. staff was very helpful and courteous. Room was excellent Stay was comfortable and pleasing.

Nice and quiet hotel. Check-in was smooth. Amazing staff and prompt room service.

no issue at all

Room was clean and spacious. Bathrooms were clean. Really friendly staff.

Hotel exceeded my expectations was spotless the staff was amazing and the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in The hotel was good. Lovely hotel with a wonderful restaurant.

Overall for the price it was accepted. The place was decent. Staff members are good and cooperative. I had a comfortable stay at the place. The staff are really helpful and kind.

Only the lightning of the room was very low otherwise everything okay.

No telephone/intercom is provided in the rooms.

The location was fabulous. I had a great stay and enjoyed the friendly service and buffet breakfast. Will definitely come back again next time.

Only the lightning of the room was very low otherwise everything okay.

I was denied a room even after multiple confirmations. The staff was very very rude.

The property was overbooked even though I had called a day early to confirm. They denied me a room after I reached the property and the staff was very rude even though it was their fault. Would not recommend at all.

They took the payment online and ten called and stated no rooms are available

Nothing was there to like.

Can't order food from outside.Room was so tiny and no mobile network inside room.Have lift but doesn't work.

Devastated frustrated and feeling like raped

Eveything. The building is in under construction building every hour you get sounds of pounding wall breaking construction it is very hard to sleep as well as a mountain full of dust on the floor no privacy people can peep anytime property asking for more money when asked for extension my advice avoid this property

Big hotel, clean hotel, good service and really value for money.Far from traffic and other things.I will suggest the person who wants peace plz visit this hotel.

Markets are quite far from this hotel. If you need to buy anything it is far.But still, it is good.

Reasonable rate

The pictures are misleading. The staff and the manager aren't too effective. Very mis-managed property. Room wasn't cleaned even once in 3 days. Disappointing for oyo townhouse.Drinking Water isn't provided for double occupancy despite having double occupancy rates. Breakfast is not a meal but a snack. Would not recommend.

Do NOT book

They refused to check me in citing they don't accept foreigners

My partner and I had a lovely time at this hotel. The romantic setting and attentive staff made it special

I highly recommend this hotel because it is the best in budget, and you won’t feel like you are staying outside just because of the caring staff

We had spent a good time there. I visited this hotel with my family and it made a fun filled stay in our vacations.
