Treebo Hoops - Airport, VIP Road

Dirty hotel, no facility at all.

No clean bed sheets, no proper toiletry, bathroom was diert...very bad hotel.

Location and internet.

Not clean, bathroom taps are have rust and mole on them. Beding and towel looked and felt dirty. It was really small.

The location was perfect for us as it is very close to the Airport. The staff were very quick to attend to us though we arrive very late. it was almost 01.00 am.

The room was full of cigarette smell when we entered. The bedsheet does not seem to have been changed. Kettle for hot water was there but no cups nor items for preparation of tea were provided.

They simply cancel my booking despite it was a pay at hotel mode of booking. Horrible treatment. No confirmation call an

Location of the property

Rooms are less maintained. Also they don't have power backup, if the power goes you have to wait for it.

Hot water and comfortable beds.

Electric kettle wasn't working.

Welcoming & Friendly staff , modern ambiance , budget friendly & located in the good location - good for a transit stay , kitchen staff even provided us sandwiches for the next morning since we had early check out and bf wouldn’t have been served by the time.

There were rats above the ceilings which was disturbing us during our sleep , rest were all good.

The room was a good size for family of 3. The washroom was clean and and the basic stuff needed. We checked in at 2 am and there was no problem.

The room was a bit dusty and I would have appreciated if the floors had been swept. The bedsheets and blanket la were old. This hotel okay for transit. Wouldn’t stay for more than 1 night.

Closeness to airport.. But room size will be decisive factor. So need to declare upfront.

No extra leg room..

We liked all the staffs, very helpful.

AC was faulty, lot of humidity. And blanket did seem a little dirty.

Accessibility and customer service needs to improve .

Customer service is pathetic , no response on listed phone number and message . I wished to arrange a airport pickup for my elderly parents and no response from staff for 2 days . They had hard time finding the property with local taxi.

The location is good, staff were very polite and the room was clean

The food is good.

We booked 2 double bed room and 1 single bedroom. But they provide us 3 single bedroom. It became very difficult to stay 2 adults and 1 child in a small bed.

Room size and cleanliness at that cost. Can't get decent one at decent place and price at Kolkata.

Room size is small but at this price i am happy with it. Family can't adjust, single person can happily.

The staff was very kind and helpful. Immediate response whenever required. It was the only thing I liked about my stay.

The cleanliness of the room was terrible. There were a lot of mosquitoes which made it difficult to sleep and the bedsheets were all stained. The washroom was clean but was extremely stinky because of the open drains near the shower area.

The Best Place For Luxury Vacations Nice Food,Staff, services,Location And Absolutely Amazing,Very Satisfied atmosphere ;) Nearly perfect services and superior rooms.

Location.

This used to be a nice hotel, but some rooms are not in good shape at present and need immediate renovation. The corridor was quite noisy, which lasted until midnight.

Restaurant staff

Difficult to locate/hidden, unhelpful reception staff and main entrance corridor full of used bedding

Disappointing

Smelly dirty room,no intercom, no basic facilities

Location was good. Staff were courteous

Room Was tiny. Breakfast was too normal.
