Ra Vista

Good location. Good staff.. ok for price and stay.

Could do better since it's a new hotel and yet to develop.

Good, great location - close to the airport.

Our room smelled of cigarettes. Also, our bathroom window had an opening (that we couldn’t close) and so it was very noisy all night - the one downside of being close to the airport, busy street so lots of traffic… it was noisy all night

Great location and nice comfortable room. Great buffet breakfast was included.

1. Had to change rooms to get a TV that worked.2. TV had no normal channels but one had to sign into an account to get it working.3. The very small Swimming pool on the roof did not allow men to swim without a shirt and when I put on a normal T-shirt, they said that was a cotton TV and not a swimming T-Shirt. 4. right next to the airport but staff did not know how to direct me to walk to airport

The place has a good restaurent

The staff tried to scam us with the price of the taxi for the airport. Since we were leaving in the middle of the night, we preferred to ask them to arrange it, in case we have a trouble in calling a taxi. It took them time to answer if they would do it and finally came with an exaggerated price, given that the airport is very close, and said we had to have 2 taxis because we are five (this happened for the first time of our stay in India). Ok, we accepted. What a surprise that in the night, they asked to give the money to them and not to the driver (of course, it was for them), and that only one small car arrived !!! We complained, the quickly called another taxi. This was really not an acceptable behavior from this sort of a hotel having generally a good reputation.

Everything was clean and good. Breakfast was nice also. Staff is very helpful

Good food friendly staff

Laundry service very expensive check cost first

Very friendly & helpful from the moment walked in. Modern, clean room, excellent value.

Staff was extremely helpful, room very comfortable.

Too bad the continental food options from the restaurant were unavailable , although the staff helped me find a good alternative.

Great location by the airport, exceptionally good staff, comfortable room and a very good restaurant - perfect for a night near the airport.

Some road noise in the room. Pool area being refurbished and lifeless, but will be great when done.

It is ideally located near the airport, which suited my two day "in and out" experience. Staff were an absolute delight and the owners, who are also part owners of East Bengal FC, took great delight in showing me their football themed restaurant when I told them that I was there for the game.

The hotel staff is excellent. right from the front desk to the room service etc.. everyone is very cordial and helpful. hotel location is perfect for near Airport stay. I walked down to the hotel after arrival and walked back to the airport for departure .. just 20-25 minutes walk from hotel. Food is also very good. I am not sure about the parking facility and space.. but that is ok as long as you are not travelling by your own vehicle.

The hotel is close to the airport, the room was very comfortable, the staff were wonderful and very helpful and the food was really good.

Great location - just a few minutes taxi from the airport. Extraordinary helpful staff - from front office to restaurant. Comfortable bed. New building, Cleanliness

Could add more tea/coffee selections in room and have a real coffee machine in the breakfast room. The pool was not open.

Stayed for the night only, couldn't have the breakfast as I was to catch a morning flight

Room size was a bit smaller

The staff were excellent, courteous & helpful, going the extra mile! The pool is in a prime elevated location and was well maintained. Even though there was refurbishment underway it didn’t interfere with our experience. Our room with mezzanine level was a fantastic space.

Staff are good.

I had requested well in advance for late Check Out which the management had replied to give till 5 P.M. But on the check out day I was only allowed till 12:00 P.M.

Cleanliness

Too strict on timings. We arrived 5am flight and had to check out at 10am or pay extra day charge

Too much noise at night and you wont be able to sleep

Located at the prime location and very near to Airport

Due to time limit i dint had my breakfast but definitely will love to have on my next visit
