AC was not working properly. No shower gel, no body lotion ,no shampoo , no soap was kept in bathroom.Room feels shady. Did not give the good vibe. Although it was just 7 hours layover so didnt mind much

Was surprised that many of the items like muesli were not kept chilled. Spread of the buffet was reasonable. Staff were courteous and prompt.

The hotel is very new and extremely good conditions. Bed, showers, roof, all super clean and tidy.

I had the worst experience at this hotel in Kolkata. To start, the breakfast was almost nonexistent. For the first few days, breakfast was served in the room, but then they switched to a buffet that was actually worse than room service. The buffet setup was makeshift, with no proper table arrangements, and there were no spoons or water available at the tables. Breakfast was supposed to be served from 7:30 AM, but it was rarely available before 8:00 or 8:30 AM.The most frustrating aspect was the private parties that management allowed in the guest rooms. One of these parties took place on the third floor where I was staying. The first time it happened, I called the front desk to complain, but instead of resolving the issue, the staff member informed me that the party would finish by midnight. The noise from the adjacent room was so loud that it made it nearly impossible to sleep. On the last night before I checked out, another party lasted until 3:00 AM, and I had to be up by 4:00 AM to catch my cab to the airport. I didn't sleep at all that night. When I complained again to the front desk, they told me it was a party for their big boss, so there wasn’t much they could do. They offered to change my room at 1:30 AM, but it was too late.Overall, staying at that hotel was an ordeal. I would never stay at any Fab hotel again. If there were a way to give minus ratings, I would do so for my stay.

I didn’t get the room.. they said the rooms all are full.. I had a terrible experience that to it was about 2AM and had ro find another hotel

The location is brilliant

The rooms were dirty and the curtains and bed linen were unclean and had stains all over and the lights were dim and not proper

The room was lovely and comfortable and spotless. simran the host is so helpful. We visited the beautiful birla mandir on her recommendation and it was a highlight of our visit. Would highly recommend!

The room does not even look like at the picture! Air-conditioning was not working on the second day, they can switch it off from the Lobby.Sheets were not clean, cold water and very loud.At checkout they wanted to have tips, for what??? For a dirty, loud and hot room?

I went to the hotel reception with my booking. They said they haven't received any booking. They were kind enough to accommodate me for a price higher than what I booked the room through the app.

They asked me to cancel my booking and book again for the same day. After booking again they said they cannot see my booking. They then asked me to cancel my booking. They charged me higher for the room than what was in the app. I was not given a bill during checkout as well.

It's clean, the staff is friendly, hellpful and supportive and it's centrally located in baligang close to stations and the main baligang station. One if the major market streets is near te hotel.

Property is extremely clean and well maintained. Special mention for Ms. Sonia from the front desk. She is an asset to this property
