Location and pool area are nice, staff is really friendly and helpful. The best, however, is the breakfast. It is indeed exceptional.

The facilities are ok but not really what you would expect of a 4 star hotel on western standards. Doors e.g. are not insulated and look damaged, shower head is old and calcified.

Food was very good. Staff were extremely helpful, and room was very comfortable.

The location was not great for a sightseeing trip - it's quite far from the centre, and not as close to the airport as we thought it would be. It's not that close to the Salt Lakes either. They didn't tell us the pool area would be closed one day for a wedding.

Rooms were comfortable. Conveniently located. Good food

The guidelines on booking .com were denied by staff upon arrival and it was very difficult to communicate and reach common ground

I loved Alt Air when I stayed for the first time but really surprised by the facilities in my second visit. None of the plug points in the room were working properly, all were either lose connections or too tight and when we tried to fit in a charger, it short circuited and the lights of the room completely went off. They refused a beer at the bar Capella because they had some event in the afternoon which was over and even though we were staying in the room it was a straight up no. I had to leave for my flight at 3am in the morning and there was no hot water in the shower… since I was in a hurry and didn’t have time to call reception, I had to shower in cold water at 3am on a winter morning Overall not the experience I expected

The room service facilities were delayed by almost 3hrs to get a single service fulfilled(example, we asked for wine glasses which we had to call atleast 4-5times to get the same done). There is no valet parking facility for such a prestigious hotel which came quiet a shock to us.

The Hotel is quite clean and also located in a very good location .

I booked this hotel only for the beautiful swimming poool but didn’t get much of it on that particular day the swimming was on maintainence so we used the pool for only 15-20mnt and also after 5pm evening the water was very cold

The infinity pool was magnificent! The large glass window in the room is quite nice too, offering views over Kolkata and sunset. The staff were exceptional and worked really hard to satisfy us.

The jacuzzi was under maintenance, so we couldn't make use of it. There should be more open air space on the rooftop to inspire the views.

There was nothing much to like in the hotel from the very beginning. No assistance with luggage , no wifi connection, check-in details were already provided over mail and again they asked in the front office.The staff in the front office needs to be fire immediately.

poor wifi connection, poor quality of phone, poor quality service, mosquitos in the room with no provision of a mosquito repellent, terrible experience and to top all of that Front office desk staff is so rude and unruly behaviour. They need to be penalized for such behaviour being in the hospitality sector. It's a shame

No smoking rooms. Corporate set up. Pool and jacuzzi were very mediocre. Overpriced. Better alternatives available. Location is quite a catch if you want to step out.
