Great location lovely room

Didn’t appreciate the phone call after checkout accusing us of smoking have never smoked so not sure what they were smelling as IT WAS NOT US

Spacious room and comfortable bed. Loved the deep bath and the pool even though we didn’t get to swim.

The accommodation is very nice but it is starting to show signs of wear and it was not as clean as I would have liked.

We organised a 12pm bit a lady knocked on door after 10am saying we had to leave saying it $50 for the late checkout My wife told we had a conversation and nothin about the $50 for the checkout

Excellent location close to everything, and very comfortable and clean. Pool was very nice.

Parking a bit of a problem if you need to leave the car there during the day.

The suite was not a suite, the description was totally a lie. It was not cleaned on a daily basis The spa bath didn’t work

Quiet location, 5 minute walk into town and beach. 15 mins to train and port. Clean and comfortable

Room was incredible and super comfy beds. The pool was a real bonus. Staff are lovely and helpful

We stayed here for the first time two years ago and fell in love with MaandUp. Sadly on return we found little had been updated since. It was a special stay over Christmas so it was really unfortunate to find a cockroach in the room on arrival rather than a Christmas decoration! Whilst the room was very surface clean along with the bedlinen and towels, it would be nice to have seen bedding updated from the stained and worn state it was in and bedside lights that no longer worked,fixed. The mattress was lovely and comfortable but the headboard did not allow for comfort sitting up in bed. The pool, which we took great pleasure in swimming in on our first visit needed a good clean along with the outside walls. I really hope there are some updates on the horizon and truly appreciate how costly the upkeep of a property is but to continue advertising it as a boutique hotel, we felt some updates would not go amiss. Sorry to be nit picky but just highlighting points from a returning guest who has standards when paying above the average price for what we once rated as exceptional.

Good size room, clean, great for relaxing and short walking distance to Fremantle centre.

Location was great, you could walk anywhere

The rooms were quite small, but the bathroom/outdoor shower huge. Good for a short stay

Odd having no staff but the key code system worked very well and communication was excellent

The pool needed the tiles cleaned. Our room number and code was accidentally given to another guest who entered our room.

The room was clean, aircon was excellent. Bath was exceptional. The staff were so lovely. Big thankyou to Pip for being so accomodating and kind. Definitely plan to book here again 10/10 experience. Thankyou everybody who helped make my partner’s birthday so incredibly special
