- Good location and was always our choice of place to stay but about 6 months ago the management changed and all the customer friendly service staff have gone , hotel is going down the drain.
- Nice hip/ modern style hotel. Breakfast was great, nice healthy food options. WXYZ bar good drinks, rooftop bar and pool is very nice.
- What I like was the location, to other places in Tulum

- Over all service, food etc.
- All was great.
- The hotel was ok, food was terrible. They want you to pay for food even when I told them I cannot eat cold food. The have zero customer service when it comes to food. The staff at the desk were friendly and helpful. But be careful of ppl in Mexico.
