Beautiful view and nice building.

The hotel was very overcrowded. Too many conventions! We tried to check in at 5:00 pm and had to wait over 30 minutes to check in and rooms were not cleaned yet. The beach was completely full of seaweed and wasn't cleaned during the week we were there.

We had a fantastic room overlooking the ocean. The room was spacious and clean and the staff were extremely courteous and helpful.

Walls were a little thin so you could hear loud conversations in adjacent rooms. Not atypical for most hotels.

Gorgeous private beach, amazing views, restuarant options, nice rooms, free shuttle service to the beach, and free ferry ride to downtown Hamilton.

Food in Bermuda, especially at the hotel restaurants was expensive.

The campus was gorgeous. The rooms were spacious and had fabulous views. The food was excellent. The beach was lovely. We had a wonderful time.

The location of the beach the transportation the provided. The response time to your needs.

I would recommend grab pairs in the bath tube to avoid falls.

Kid pool. Big closets. Concierge was very helpful

Indoor pool opened too late in the day on cold days. took 2 days to get the crib we prearranged. Came back to room one day to find it had been left propped open with the deadbolt no one was inside and no staff was nearby to explain why it was left open

There were many things to choose from and it was close to Horseshoe Bay.

The worst part was how thin the walls were. I could hear the entire conversation of the people in the room beside me. I even heard someone sneeze in the middle of the night. If you want privacy don't stay there

Restaurants and drinks very expensive and not many options you can walk to from here; but that is typical for Bermuda

Everyone was so friendly! The staff is amazing. Perfect place for a family vacation. This is the BEST location to stay on theach island! Best beaches and restaurants! You can take the free ferry into Hamilton for shopping for a day VERY easily.

Air conditioning unit in room was very noisy & wasnt' cold enough

The hotel staff was extremely helpful, the location was perfect for a family. The beach was beautiful and clean. There was a variety of restaurants to eat at.The hotel did provide a credit for the TV and Air Conditioner that did not work during our stay.

The air conditioner was broke in our room and half the channels worked on our TV.Both were not repaired by the time we left. The information regarding gratuity and resort fee were not correct for the children. The fee is charged full rate for everyone.

Plentiful staff and most all very pleasant and helpful. Air conditioning in room broke down one night, placed a call to front desk and maintenance arrived in less than 5 minutes and immediately resolved the issue. Excellent service in Breakfast buffet.

Not much to do at night after dinner.

They have 2 pools, shops, a spa, a game room, scooter rental directly on the property. There are various restaurants on the property as well. They have a beautiful lighthouse and golf course. The private beach was awesome! Love the trolly bus!!

The bar in the lounge is too small to accommodate all of the guest...you tend to wait quite a while to get a drink or a refill. HOWEVER, the bartenders and staff were EXCELLENT and very nice. I think they just need a larger bar to work from.

We stayed on the 6th floor- the Fairmont Gold floor. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. Special thanks to hotel employee (gold floor) for tracking down aloe for us at 10:00 at night to help with a BAD SUNBURN!

Meals very expensive

The place was beautiful. You could stay on this property for 3 days and not eat at the same restaurant twice. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Definitely a place I would visit again.
