Rooms were big and clean. The bathrooms in particular were very clean and modern - which is a great indicator of cleanliness. Breakfast was okay; my sincere feedback would be to work on the coffee at the least, it wasn't great, and for coffee lovers, it makes all the difference.

They do not have EV Charging facilities - this would have been fine if they're not advertising it on their support / WhatsApp channel. I had messaged their WhatsApp support team to confirm whether they have EV Charging facilities, and they said yes. I drove with my EV from Dubai only to find out that they don't. They're calling the regular electric outlet a charging point and charging 100 AED for using it. So, if you have a portable charger, there is hope, you can plug it into their electrical socket, but you would have to pay 100 AED for it. For a hotel that advertises their commitment to environment and sustainability, this is a shame! Misleading people and then charging them 100 AED for using the normal electric plug. Unfortunately, my portable charger didn't work so I spent my entire night searching for EV Chargers around the area ruining my entire stay.Also, you need to be quite tall to access the towels; the towel rack in the bathrooms is mounted quite high.

Location, ambience, charm

No elevator. If you have luggage, and not on ground floor, and old like me, it is a problem

Disappointing breakfast, very slow service, facility is old and staff was very laid back. Room was missing essentials, even the extra bed request was not taken up proactively and we had to wait for long time to get it arranged.

Too little light in rooms, hardly any facilities, staff could be better equipped to handle guests and food options are limited, especially for vegetarians.

the pool was great for us since i have a 7-year-old who loves pool and learning to swim the consistent height and temp controlled and the size of the pool was great. the experience was good the food is ok not bad but not upto standards of 4 star hotels we visited recently also, the rooms were very clean

after checking we had to roam around to find our room would have been great if someone would atleast shows us the room than having to drag the luggage searching for the room especially since you have rockpaved uneven surface that makes it even more difficult , the main bathroom once the floor was wet the water was not drying up or bieng drained there is a pool of water which was very inconvenient atleast a something like a floor squeegee or wiper would be great as temp fix & more towels

We had dinner first day in hotel and next day outside. Food can be better

Size of the property was good, nice location for a short stay, safe and secured.

Limited option of breakfast menu, same menus were repeated on daily basis. Hotel should add more fun activities at the property, specially for kids - a goat farming or animal feeds could have been an option. Kids play area should equipped with more creative games.

The property was an amazing place with great location and the children’s pool was fun they all enjoyed it

Location is a bit odd & there’s no view as seen on pics advertised. I was hoping for a water front view when I booked my stay instead I got to see a thatched fence

Outrageous price, 5 stars level, for an average 3 stars hotel. Very poor service at restaurant, both nights we had to wait 1 hour + for the food. Breakfast was crowded, not enough space or waiters to accommodate guests.

I liked the size of the rooms as well as the balcony/terrace. It is very spacious, and the beds are comfy. The garden area is also nice and cozy, even though it is quite small.

All the staff were nice and pleasant; however, it seems that they were a bit shorthanded, so the service time was a bit longer than expected. Also, the pool bar and area around the pool didn't have their designated stuff.

The room keys did not work throughout the 2 days (2 nights) I stayed at the property neither for me nor for my parents (2 rooms). we had to constantly ask them to open the door to regain access to our rooms, they said they would fix it but in reality they never even tried nor cared. we were with little kids, it was very unpleasant.Furhter, in the kids pool area the slide is not properly installed, its too high from the water and the water too shallow (not deep enough) for the splash). My seven year old got badly bruised after sliding through it as it felt and hit his back.The adults pool is a bit too small for the size of the hotel and can be quite crowded. The water was absolutely frozen despite the weather being quite hot. I guess that's their technique to avoid too many people in the water at the same time.

We have visited this property multiple times , love the location and setting.

During our stay the keycards were not working (as the system) and we had to approach the front desk each time to get in . Not once our personality was verified which means people could get easy access to every single room . Not just a waste of time on vacation to always go to the reception to ask for an escort to the room but also questionnable safety measures.Breakfast buffet was literally empty at 9:30 am, and the remainjnh doughnuts were touched by kids and placed back. Lack of hygiene.Also mentioned that its a birthday trip for my husband (also it was mine) not even a word was said to wish him.
