Pros +
- It was cheap. so cost effective for budget travellers
- I took the room to visit to hampi. Its literally 1hr journey from this location to hampi. I just liked the room ambience & beds. Had restaurant beside the hotel, we can go for lunch & dinner. But don't expect breakfast or coffee from hotel. Car parking facility is good.
- room was spacious
Cons -
- 1. The staff was not proactive. 2. Washroom, chairs, towels, rugs were unclean. 3. No information of renting vehicles, since it is very far from major sites like Hampi. 4. Being far from Hampi, had to spend a lot on rickshaws, bikes, etc.
- Reception doesn't respond to our calling bells. If we asked also room boys not came for cleaning. no complimentary water also not provided. Card payments also not accepted here. If card machines will be there also, they wont work.
- not clean and hygienic at all, needs a lot of maintenance, specially the bathroom

I did not like anythings. No service at all .
Location wise the hotel was far from main Hampi, so increased our cost of travel by adding 50 Km every day. Again AC room was not available. Even if they able to arrange one AC room, that was not clean. No service staff was available, even to get a soap and towel. Rate was also not less in comparison to similar standard hotel, when we were not received any service or facility over here. We faced lot of issues during payments, mode of payment confusion in the amount to pay etc.
