Best food, best service best staff.

No, we liked everything!!

The breakfast is average. Location is not great because the road leading to it is very bad.

Scam messages harassment regularly after the booking asking for personal information and payment. After I have paid for the booking through Booking.com and received official receipt of payment I continued receiving emails from the hotel asking for payment. On the day I arrived for check in the reception staff stated that I still have not paid and asked me to pay. After I showed them the official receipt they claimed that they had no record.This is a scammer hotel.

Dinner was excellent. Diner staff were very courteous

Great location (close to Hampi archaeological sites), quiet, great service, excellent food, pretty grounds.

Rooms are a bit tired...need some renovation.

This hotel is marketed as a five-star property, but in reality, it’s not worth more than $30 a night. The experience was disappointing from start to finish.Before arrival:• We received endless payment reminders, even though the stay had already been paid in full. The attitude felt like we were treated as a “walking wallet.”•The price was astronomical and completely disproportionate to the quality of the hotel. The moment the non-cancellation period started, the rates dropped significantly — a very dishonest practice.During the stay:•The mattress was extremely uncomfortable. After requesting a replacement, they simply left the old mattress in the middle of the room.•The carpet was dirty.•In the middle of the night, the safe would not stop beeping until staff came and removed the battery.•The hotel advertised morning yoga, but when we showed up, no yoga session was available.•Breakfast was nowhere near the standard expected from a five-star hotel.•The sink was clogged, there was not enough hot water in the shower, and the water itself had a bad smell.•Overall, the hotel’s approach felt money-driven, with constant attempts to extract more payments from guests.Management:•The hotel manager was unprofessional, unavailable, and simply ignored guests’ concerns.•It is beyond comprehension how a hotel of this standard can claim to be five stars.

Food is a rip off! We paid 10k for 2 meals! Mutton was full of bones, costed 4 pieces of bones and 4 pieces of ok pieces but tiny, costed 600 rs..

Location, peaceful and beautiful property. Greenery and the pool . Felt like one with nature.

Greenery was good and food was good

We had power issue in mid of night for both nights we lost power for few min only but that was uncomfortable as we had to call staff to look into it.

Lay out was eco friendly with lots of wild birds

We got two flies or some insect in the French fries ordered for my son , it was informed it was for a kid , what do we get is a bloody discount when we took an upgrade for the second day 29th to 30 th , from deluxe to superior category paid 17000 rs from 11000 rs , and we got bad room AC

Great breakfasts . Lovely pool area . Very relaxing and peaceful . Nice to take a walk around the organic garden . First impressions was that it was a bit dated after staying in other 5* hotels but after a while we grew to love it . The staff made it . From the Tuk Tuk driver Mandhu to the lovely jolly barman who helped us get quite tipsy on our first night . Other great people we came across were Heena kousar- customer manager very helpfulArjun -Gave me a superb massage to help me overcome my accident and very nice guy . Reshma-massaged my wife , lovely person . Nice yoga teacher too

We had a private plunge pool that we didn’t use at all . It was a bit dirty and needed a clean . You don’t need it anyway as the main pool is fabulous

There was a lot to like, in particular the beautiful swimming pool and the delicious & varied buffets in the restaurant. And above all the staff, who were very helpful & friendly. Special thanks to Chandra Sekmar for a few hours brilliant bird watching.

The bathroom & bedroom both need a make-over - all looking tired and therefore difficult to clean. We couldn’t get either safe or jacuzzi to work. No shelves to put our clothes and limited cupboard space, despite being a spacious room.

The pool was lovely. The spa had good therapists. It could have been cleaner though, Pooja the yoga instructor was lovely.

The food was mediocre, the buffet uninspiring, the dining room had no charm, but the staff were well-intentioned. I got food poisoning but it may have been from an outside restaurant. Heritage could be a really nice place if they put in a bit more effort.It's rather run down and could use a refurb and a good clean. It is good value and in a good location for exploring Hampi.

Convenient location near Hampi. Nice gardens and pool.

Room was a little shabby and musty. Included buffet dinner wasn't appetising.

Beautiful layout - the siting of the pool was very calming. Good options for breakfast. Lovely allotments producing food for the hotel

The path layout of slabs with gaps was not conducive to pulling luggage. Lighting of paths could be improved.

Nice pool and lounges, location was ok. You have to take a tuk tuk everywhere from this hotel. Staff was friendly. Very clean.

Service in the dinning room needs to be improved. The breakfast buffet was inconsistent and often times not stocked. When a group came in, it seemed difficult for them to manage those who were not in the group and the same time. Group was given priority. We had to ask for basic items that should have been on the table. It was sporadic. Difficult to get them to bring the bill for sign off, but they were very nice but we felt they were understaffed.

Good location

Bad smell in the bathroom in the evening, but it was gone by morning. Probably drainage block. The resort is a bit dated. Would have been fine if the cost was 5..7K but for 15K per night it was definitely not worth it.

Lovely location excekkent and smiling staff. Delicious south Indian food.
