Hotel One Lalazar Multan

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel one. From the moment I arrived,the staff was extremely welcoming, professional and always ready to help. Specially Mr. Mudasir and Makki did an excellent ? job

Food was good ? and fresh

The location is very central. So it's easy moving around the city

The building needs some improvements due to being old

Reasonable Rates, peaceful environment, cooperative staff

Breakfast was good and room was spacious and comfortable overall good

Washroom ,stains on bedsheet and pillows and instead of card access there was an old key lock plus no safe vault in room (which I was accepting)

The staff was very cooperative, well trained and courteous. The rooms were clean.

The premises are dated.

Toilet was very Outdated, Hot bath water was also an issue. Hotel was not according to its value & other hotel one branches

I recently stayed at the old branch of Hotel one Lalazar, which I booked by mistake instead of the newer location I had seen on social media. While the old branch didn't match the luxury level of the new one, I found it to be a peaceful and comfortable place to stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making my experience enjoyable. I appreciated their willingness to extend my checkout time by 1.5 hours , which allowed me to relax a bit longer.Overall, while the hotel may not be as modern as its newer counterpart, the service and serene environment made my stay worthwhile. I recommend this branch for those looking for a quieter experience with attentive staff.

Ambiance and elevation from outside and lobby, as well as stairs looks like old residencial appartments.

Location was good, staff is cooperative

Smell was there in rooms and bad smell as well in washrooms, nothing was available in complimentary slot even water

At arrival they denied the booking by saying we didn't receive any email while my booking was confirmed At check out they didn't accept credit card by saying our accounts department is closed so you have to pay cashACs are not working properly ( double check the ac before checking in to the roomThe first room alloted to us was smelly like drainage leakage or something Overall not value for moneyStaff insist to pay 16500 however i booked it in 13500 at booking.com i had to rebook at the facility to get it on the price showing on booking.com Not value for money They didn't give us mattress Overall not good

Breakfast is ok. Service is good. You should add some balcony or lobby/ swimming pool any activities for families

I don't like the entrance and specially stairs. There is no lift and stairs are so steep and dangerous for kids

Right place for professionals who wants to stay in clam and quite environement.

Muslim shower need some maintenance.

It was clean and good.

It was only for sleeping. No any Gym , No any entertainment, no media , slow internet.

The hotel manager, M. Ahsan Ejaz, was absolutely fantastic and did everything possible to make our stay 1st class. Wifi signal was excellent.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. As a foreign traveler in Multan city, I highly appreciated their help.

AC was leaking water. Otherwise the room was good enough for me.
