Best Western Hotel Faisalabad City

All the main areas of the Hotel were clean and modern looking including the Reception, Hallway, Breakfast area and importantly the Room. I was upgraded on my check-in and the smart TV feature with Netflix turned out to be valuable for English channels. The Decor of the room was conssitent with other parts of the Hotel and kept clean.

The Bathroom was a let down for me. It just did not reflect the same standard as the Room itself. Chrome fittings were tarnished. The silicone and Grout for the tiles were dirty and needed to be renewed. Should have hand wash instead of soap bars. I think the Bathroom could do with updating to a better standard.

front desk female staff behavior v good. breakfast buffet was v good.

late night male duty staff was v irresponsible.. i asked for medicin and even for penadol i called more the 20 times.. no one came to me even ans me. so need to improve.

I like the staff very friendly and helpful mostly the girl named Hajab Zahra sales coordinator she has great customer service skills.

The breakfast was very limited and needs improvement.

Cleanliness

No Warm water in the shower despite asking for it at the reception.

Usama at the reception was a good fellow. Had a good conversation with him

Breakfast items from the buffet were mostly desi and had alot of spices. A few non Pakistani items would be good to have.

Very good staff. Well behaved and professionally trained staff members. Very cooperative nature.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

The apartment suite was spacious, comfy and organised. WiFi and android smart TV helped a lot. Breakfast was good. Staff was co-operative and friendly. Plenty of toiletries, towels and tea/water. Hot water was available on request. Reception was 24 hours. Fully air conditioned. Plenty of natural light through large windows. Great gym and sauna (complementary).

It was a family suite so sharp edged furniture could be child proofed. A little electric stove in the kitchen.

Good location 5 minutes from the motorway. Luxurious feel as soon as you enter the property. Staff did everything to look after us, especially supervisor Amir

Trapped and scammed by hotel. Just waste of money.

Staff was not friendly. They did not allow my guest in room for an hour meeting and insist to sit in front of them. I left the hotel immediately. That was a horrible experience and embarrassing situation in front of my guest. Too much insult as staff started harass by calling on intercom again and again. There is nothing such mentioned in their policy but they kept telling verbally that its their policy.

The Location was good & Break fast was Okay - Limited Variety of Break fast.

Overall the experience was good.

Comfortable & Clear Room

Food

I loved the rooms, hygiene and decor of the hotel. I also loved their countless facilities including private cinema, restaurant, boards games in gaming room and world class health club. I would definitely come again.

Its has a beautiful and clean architecture.

Washroom was a little small

I preferably liked the welcoming behaviour of the whole staff (reception, the cove restaurant, entrance etc.) The environment is very peaceful, calm and relaxed, I really adored my time over there.

We booked the hotel based on the review, but it appears the reviews are more applicable to the gym, which is part of the hotel and available to the general public. The hotel does not feel like a hotel, the rooms were not the cleanest and the bathrooms were definitely not. We had booked three rooms and all three had issues with the bathroom, for example, the drainage of the shower or the shower was not working. The breakfast was very basic and generally poor room keeping and house keeping.

Ambiance was great, food great, staff is professional. Beautiful spacious rooms.

I was charged with mini bar, where as i have travelled around the world, you don't get charged for drinks etc of they are in your room over 3 star hotels.

Staff behaviour is good.

Better your housekeeping, especially use better detergents to remove smell from rooms and bathrooms.

I am impressed with the spacious rooms and interior. The food is so amazing and the facilities are beyond imagination.

BreakFast was ok. Location was on main highway which was not nice. the rooms were empty but they did not upgrade us which most big hotels do in my experience. They would not give us a corporate rate either. overall, I'm not staying there again
