Location and affordability

The bathroom is not well maintained . The liquid soap for bathing is kept on the toilet floor. The lightening is the room is very bad .The room 205

Air conditioning was very poor. Room was hot. No microwave available anywhere.

Only Location is a good point.

Rooms are too small and service is average. Not much option for food in Restaurent unless you use Novotel restaurent.

The hotel was really basic for the rate. The only good points were the location, internet access and some of the staff. Most of the staff were polite and courteous with even a few friendly ones. The location is nice and it shares grounds with a Novotel. If you are on holiday, stay at the Novotel. Internet access was very good.

Where do I start? The hotel insisted on charging local taxes which were not listed anywhere on the booking. Next, the air conditioning in the rooms didn't work. I guess we should have managed our expectations since it is an Ibis, but it was one of the most austere hotels I've stayed in. There was a particular waiter who refused service to our group and we had to call the manager to intervene. I would never stay here again. The breakfast was basic. I mean who has a buffet breakfast without sausages??? I would expect this place to be priced not more than $50 per night for double occupancy in a room with breakfast.

Proximity to city centre and in the same compound as Novotel

thee breakfast was awesome and fresh. location is very good. just a walking distance to the beach.

The property is on the same ground as the Novotel and you get daily passes and can dine at the Novotel.

Great location in the nicer/fancier part of town, clean and modern rooms, Western standards for a good price

Only negative the staff at the reception: as I had seen in certain reviews, they tend to be cold and don’t really feel the guests welcome

The room stank of cigarettes. Clearly someone was smoking in it and the staff made no effort in fixing the smell before putting me in it

The reception and kitchen staff were friendly and helpful. They were the highlight of my stay.

This hotel assured me airport pick up. I sent an email in this app that they never replied. I took my time.to call them and they confirmed my airport pick up but never showed up. I was stranded at the airport on arrival and this was very disheartening. Also, there's no room service. You need to order from Novotel, in the same area. The rooms were clean but as a solo traveler, I really hate ground floor rooms. Dinner is really basic so is breakfast. If you need a good.meal, you need to purchase from the near hotel- novotel

The staff was nice. I liked that I could use the Novotel pool. The shuttle to the airport is very convenient.

Wifi was not the fastest but overall ok.

Breakfast wasn’t bad. But no provision for lunch or buffet. We went to the other hotel inside same place to eat lunch and dinner.

There was cockroach in the room. Most staff don’t understand English. Food wasn’t available

I liked variety and hibiscus juice.

You may need to consider serving natural juices not synthetics. I didnt like the cold boiled eggs. Mixing fresh and yesterdays Alloco!

The bathroom is so small that you have hard time to get in the shower; doors do not lock well.. water goes out…
