I like the breakfast probably the best in Cotonou. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. The baggage handlers and shuttle drivers are decent and very helpful. The staff is attentive and helpful overall.

The sound of music probably from Djabi lounge Friday night until 4-5am. The check-in procedure could be faster

Good location

For a hotel of such standard, I found it unfortunate that guests had to beg for basic things like towels, hand towels and floor towel. And when you eventually called to ask that such basic items be provided, they brought one item, though I insisted that we were 2 guests in the room . It left much to be desired

Staff were very friendly

I stayed for 3 nights but my last day was bit tragic when I found out that the salad bar at the breakfast was full of insects & cockroaches! I informed the staff about it & asked to replace the food with new one including a cover. Unfortunately, they just apologized without replacing the food .. not cool!

very nice and warm hotel. staff are pleasant, friendly and attentive to needs. the place is secured and the facilities are brilliant. my recommendation is that you could add some entertainment such as lilve music or themed nights on the evenings especially weekends.

Place was good for business trip but I was expecting to be closer to the ocean or a better view of it. The breakfast was simple but good.

The biggest problem was the expense of everything, in USD a can of Coke cost almost $5, that is ridiculous.

The service was good, the staff professional. I really appreciated the breakfast and the receptionist Alexandra Everything was fine for me

The hotel is situated centrally within the city and within easy reach of every important destination

It’s has very good ambience, clean and good menu. The staff are nice and welcoming. One of the front desk staff, Waliou was very helpful.

The tv stations are limited.

I could not understand why they want to charge my whole stay (10 days) at the arrival during check in.

Everything was perfect. The room was nice and clean, the staff very professional and helpful, the breakfast delicious. Great pool and gym, very good restaurant.

Nothing really

The attitude of some of the staff at reception Too expensive for nothing. Over 220 USd per night without breakfast?

- Choice of breakfast buffet was good- Staff are nice and supportive- Clean- Child friendly (some hotels in Cotonou do not accept 3 people in one room even though we are 2 adults and 1 child)

- The fridge in the room was broken. Although we informed it, nothing they could do.- Although we were 3 people (2 adults and 1 child), we had only 1 bath towels (they brought 2 more extra towels later).- No English TV programme

Sea view rooms were excellent. Good size, very clean even thought the toilets were a bit small but comfortable.

Check in process was horrible. Even after being 2 pm as check in time, the rooms were not ready till 3.30 and no one is showing any responsibility. Calculated and gave a bill of 10 times higher value and later said sorry sir it was not your bill after a long argument.

I really loved the facilities and the omelette station at breakfast
