They can do better for that price

I was on the 5th floor and I had issues with water. Sometimes there is not hot water or water at all

Nice and comfortable facilities

Was very surprised to know breakfast wasn't included in my booking. It doesn't make sense not to include breakfast in a room that costs more than €100.

Location

Room wasn’t kept properly. Water licking at the entrance, bathroom walls were not cleaned, hair and soap on it. No bathroom mat, no slippers, nothing.Staff were nice, breakfast basic but ok.

Location, staff, cleanliness. The pool.

Internet was not good in my first room and its too bad the port is between the hotel and the ocean.

Nice rooms and good breakfast

The gym, its not well equipped and too hot to exercise. The staff on the first ocasion was just sleeping inside a stinking hot gym, and by the aircon took to long to cool the place down. The second time they refused to switch the aircon on. I booked this hotel for the week because it had a gym, but clearly that was a mistake.

The location is simply the best! Close to pretty much everything!

This property is quite dated. The rooms need a thorough upgrade. The bathroom experience especially is really terrible. They need to get rid of the wood inside the bathroom and work to make sure water doesn’t spill all over the floor when you take a shower. This was extremely disgusting!

Its not like pictures, even sea view are so bad as they are extending port and all u see is vehicles and construction!customer service on reception not good and poor, they are not professional at all!I want to pay dollar as per booking they asked me to go change money!Restaurant food is not good below averageAlso they are greedy the prices of coca cola is up to 10$They put small sachet of nuts in my room with bad quality and once i make check out i surprised they want to charge me up to 4$ Is the worst hotel i ever visit

Rusted water kettle, stained bathroom titles, the fridge wasn't cooling, I struggled to connect to the internet, the immediate surrounding wasn't good and it had strong fish odour.

There are surely better options

1. Dredging of the harbour just in front of us, noise, no access to the beach. 2. Wedding on Saturday + a party on Sunday, (extremely noisy) + swimming pool AND gym not available during the weekend.

The place was nice and staff super friendly.

Though the establishment looked nice and clean, it was also quite humid which made it difficult for my body to adapt. I almost instantly got a headache from being there.

Really nice location

Stinking rooms, AC completely not enough powerful for cooling so in the room 28degrees all the time. As for this standard relatively expensive prices. The gym really small except treadmills only dumb weights.

Not really much options for middle class hotels in Cotonou

The lifeguard by the pool. Not polite, not a real example of service compared by the other staff

Great and friendly staff, neat, comfortable room with great view.

They had an event by the poolside and music from there made sleeping difficult till 12pm.

I love this Place sincerely, booked another hotel prior to my stay here and they disappointed me dreadfully but Azalai simply wowed me from the roomview, to the hotel being exactly as displayed to the staffs and the butler and chuffer was so impressive .their in house currency changing store and the in house mart was really helpful.if you are like me looking to explore or as a Nigeria and a non-specking french citizen , you would enjoy here,overall best.
