Clean, code sent through to my mobile for check in, so no stop required at reception. Kids had a swim.

Our room was close to the road, so there was a little road noise. That could be avoided by choosing a different room.

Good location, walking distance to town a d a wonderful fish and chip shop

A bit pricey but apart from that all good

had most of what was needed.

Bathroom very small, shower head leaking, no power point near the bed (for medicial equipment). very little room to store anything.

Clean and very comfortable beds. Pool was clean and easily accessed. Short walk to the town center. Ease of accessing the room with a passcode sent to the phone meant not rush to arrive before reception closes.

Nothing to dislike.

Very good location and a good price. Nice room and shower. Lots of good coffee and food in town.

Parking isn't dedicated to your room but it wasn't an issue. Might be tricky at peak season.

Good value, great view, facilities clean and as advertised. The bathroom products were really nice. The online checkin and keypass entry process was easy.

It's a little close to the road but I still slept really well and could hear the bellbirds in the morning.

Digital access and not requiring a reception was amazing and easy to check-in as we reached very late from Melbourne

Wish the air conditioner had the led indicator light off button.

The products used in the bathroom was one of my favourite.

The pillows were too hard and there was only one person. Our room was No 6 located right under the stair case, didn’t feel comfortable opening our curtains as you can see straight in. Also the outside seating was not appropriate when other guests going up and down.

I like the location. Check-in was easy. The unit was clean & tidy. Coffee & tea were available. The utensils are also clean for use.

The bed was very comfortable. The location is great and off the highway so quiet.

The sponge at the sink is next to useless. Chux cloths would be much better.

Great location, clean and good bed

The location was good, and the premises was quiet.

There was a cricket in my room under the kitchenette that kept me awake most of the night. The room was tired and could use updating. The sheets on my bed had hair on them and did not look like they had been changed.

Loved the digital check-in. Made it flexible and to know room was ready when travelling to Merimbula. Comfortable beds, clean kitchenette and bathroom.

From our short stay, nothing. Room and facilities meet expectations.

Although it was a self check in, the instructions could not have been easier for us to get to our rooms. The view of the sea from the front door of our room was stunning. The rooms had everything we needed.

Room was comfortable and roomy. Bed was comfortable and room had good food preparation area (microwave, toaster, kettle and sink). Bathroom was well laid out and reasonable size. Entry was via a code, staff communication on the app was very good (no staff on site)

Shower pressure was ok but not great with a traditional shower, parking was tight with lots of larger trade vehicles and slope. Location is away from shops, needing a car to get to food and shopping. Cleaner forgot to include a spare toilet roll, staff responding on the app were good about the feedback.

Road noise - or better sound deadening from main highway next to window- especially as it was a hill/braking area

location was good, access was easy, bed was OK (but thats a personal thing), good supply of coffee, tea, biscuits and milk etc

Car parking bays are VERY narrow and difficult to get in and out of the cars, especially with all the big utes and 4WDs.The lighting is very harsh. Needs to have some softer lighting. Also the room is very dark at night and navigating to get to the toilet difficult. A soft light somewhere which doesn't wake the other person u-p would be useful

Very clean rooms, kitchenette was very handy good size ensuite.Good location nice views.

Clean. Comfortable bed. Good air conditioning. Within walking distance of city centre.
