Very friendly hosts!

Very comfortable , large room and nice covered balcony that we could still sit out on even though it was raining!

Road noise. Rubbish shower. A couple of broken blind slats.

A great small motel in Merimbula, a short walk to the centre of shops, cafes and clubs, perfect for a holiday in the area. Our room was well situated on the ground floor, facing a small garden with all the facilities needed for a stay, from an iron and board to a coffee machine and a great bathroom.

Room is very clean & comfortable and very quiet!Good location!A big Thank You to Michelle, She is very friendly, she gave the room what I wanted especially I still got problem with my knees!I will back again and very recommended

Parking is very thight!It will be good if you give the parking number as the same with room number, so people will not pinch the spot!

Location was great, walking distance to centre of town.

Noisy road and noisy fridge!

Extremely clean and comfortable rooms . Staff gave us some great suggestions on where to dine and what to see and do in the area as well as great places to stop up the entire South Coast . Highly recommend. Well maintained property.

Loved the fact that the ground floor room was spacious, clean and in a great location. The bed was comfy and the bed linen was clean. The room featured adequate lighting, which is always a nice surprise. The air con/heating worked perfectly, as did the ceiling fan. The room featured adequate seating (a 2-seater and small coffee table) and a nice large desk with a chair. The bathroom was a very nice size, with a fan located right above the shower. This ensured that the bathroom remained as steam free as possible when showering. Plenty of nice clean towels were made available, and the bathroom featured a very big mirror along with plenty of bench space. The kitchenette was nice, and had everything required for a short stay (microwave, fridge & freezer, plates and glasses, cutlery, washing up utensils, kettle, mugs, etc). The car spot was right in front of the front door, so bags did not have to be dragged over a great distance - always a plus. The lady at the check-in desk was very friendly and helpful.

Obviously, there is no such thing as perfection; however, I honestly cannot think of anything negative about this stay!

This was a trip with my daughter... the twin room was well appointed with a good size bathroom, an outdoor area and comfortable beds with great linen. I was on a road trip with my daughter and out of the four accommodations that we utilised this was my favourite.

This is such a great place to stay, I have stayed several times now and never disappoints. Spacious and clean. Staff go above and beyond to accommodate requests. Highly recommend.
