Location too far out of town.Information in the room about breakfast/restaurant would have been helpful.

The staff was friendly and we appreciated the clear communication.

Unfortunately, we stayed in the non-renovated part, which still has the old decor and is therefore less nice compared to the renovated rooms, which are shown on the photos on booking.com.

Could hear everything, and I mean everything, happening in the room above. Pay for the balcony room.

Sensational service after we arrived after hours - rooms easy to access with the heating and jazz creating a beautiful atmosphere. An unexpected upgrade to King size rooms with a balcony was so appreciated - especially for my 85 year old mother. Thankyou Chris and staff for another fabulous stay - we could not have had a better stay!

The view was amazing! Style of the room was great, loved the coffee pod machine and the free refills Also loved that they over yoga mats and further amenities - shame we didn’t get to use them as the weather was quite rainy. Staff were all so lovely and helpful

It was pretty basic for the price, although we did book during Easter which may have contributed to higher cost Shower was a little dirty and the cutlery in the room had not been washed properly. Shower leaked water onto the floor and the bathroom fan was very loud.

Humble, relaxed 70’s vibe with all the mod cons needed for a great stay. Everything is well thought out. The rooms are a generous size and well appointed offering spectacular sweeping views. Bonus points for the Kevin Murphy toiletries!Thank you Chris for your warm and generous hospitality.

Great styling; quality of finished; dog friendly; and amazing views

We loved the view and then the amenities . Tennis court, saltwater pool, fire pit, and the honesty bar were all a go for us. Really nice staff, had an amazing time.. we will be back! Thank you ? ? ?

Lovely place, lovely staff, and great views overlooking Merimbula. Being pet friendly was an added bonus. Oh and the tennis court was great - loved having a couple of tennis sessions. Nice place to relax and unwind.

Took my dogs, park right next door, the view was great every morning with my dogs

Every thing about our stay was great. The staff the comfort of the room. And the coffee machine. Will definitely stay there again.

Only thing was I forgot my hair dryer.

Loved the style and interior of the place. The shared spaces like the Lounge and pool were great. The view was definitely a highlight!We organised a late check in and that was easy.

We stayed in a Standard King Room and it was a bit dirty. The carpet needed a good vacuum and the bathroom wasn’t great and hadn’t been cleaned properly. There was something splashed on the walls which I had to clean, and more under the sink which I didn’t want to touch. Hairs were also stuck on the walls and around the shower. The shower head was also old.

The staff were lovely. It was peaceful at night and tucked in the hills for an incredible view of the ocean and Merimbula. Three minute drive to town. Great location.
