Nice and clean cabins. Close to Pambula beach. You can see a lot of kangaroos everywhere.

Office time should be up to 7 pm or 9 pm in summer.

check in easy, most staff friendly, unit was as expected clean and comfortable.

mini golf course could have done with a sweep.Was hard to get use of the buggies for the kids, mainly due to them having some construction going on. It was a pretty simple process yet the staff could have been more helpful in this situation instead of trying to give us the impression it was too hard.

Easy to find, beautiful location, quiet with kangaroos at your door steps. The cabin is clean and you have all the amenities you need. We will stay again when we get a chance.

The kids absolutely loved it. For the first time they were free to roam, because it was safe and all the other kids were friendly. They loved riding their scooters around the park in the morning and evening, the water park and playground. This made the stay very relaxing for us. There was also a band playing music on Saturday night which we enjoyed.

Can't think of anything

We spent 2 nights for a long weekend family trip~ the cabins were spacious, clean and has everything thing you need. The beach was just a few minutes walk and we saw the most amazing sunrise! There are also a lot of kid-friendly activities and kangaroos around the park. A great place to stay!

We had a samll issue with the stove burner and dishwasher, but the staff were very helpful and sent someone to have a look.

Close to the beach, wildlife such as kangaroos and echidna, multiple pools, kids play, sports etc

Too busy and sometimes noisy with very little privacy, too close to neighbouring cabins, even worse for those with caravans.

Directly to the beach within 100meters, clean sheets, kangaroos around the property.

Lots of Kids staying up late until after 11pm every night out on the walkways, bikes just scattered on the drive way stopping cars driving through. The insulation is not great, kids talking right outside our cabin, super noisy. Not sure if it is a norm due to the nature of this holiday park being family friendly. Hope there is a rule set up for noise issues considering all the cabins are so close to each other.

In short, we loved it as did our overseas guests, especially the over friendly kangaroos which were a real treat for them. beautiful beach very close by.

Awesome amenities - there was everything you could need and more. Great location with the beach so close. Cabins were surprisingly very clean which was great. Big and spacious too.

Staff extremely helpful. We arrived early and were very happy to text us when room was cleaned.

A great vibe to the park, roaming kangaroos and the sound of birdlife was lovely.

Even though the cabin was an older model, I liked that the room was very clean, the room was cool with the aircon on when i arrived on a hot day, the beach was almost at my doorstep, i had a very comfortable bed & enjoyed the convenient toiletries, fantastic pool & kids facilities, I will definitely come back & recommend to others ?

Unit was very small and tight for two people but adequate like a caravan.

Lack of EV charging station and the only one available onsite was broken.
