Access code provided for pool and tennis courts didn't work.

Location, cleanliness and upkeep of the grounds.

No food or drink in pool areas. But I understand why. No fan in second bedroom.

Smell, benches not wiped down, generally had very low class feel to it. Very ripped off paying 1.9k for a sub-parr facility and experience. Definitely won't be returning or recommending

Location excellent. Pool was great. Very comfortable beds. Nice gardens with lots of native birds to enjoy.

Receptionists all very welcoming and provided exceptional services on both our stays

First stop we encountered too many steps but this was resolved for our second stay

Friendly helpful staff. Comfortable, clean well provisioned apartment in delightful surroundings. The beach is close by and we enjoyed a walk before leaving.

the key access into the hallway/staircase was very difficult to get to work

Our 3 bedroom apartment was the best equipped we’ve ever stayed in. A home away from home. The kitchen had everything you could need. Comfy beds and pillows and great water pressure. It was very clean. Close walk to a great cafe, beach and jetty area. 10-15 minute walk to town centre.

The pools could be a touch warmer for spring holiday swimming but we still got in!

The location was excellent, with all the necessary facilities.

The air conditioning was not working properly, and the lift was out of order.

The place was clean and very comfortable. Spacious living area.

Wifi did not work. Heated pool it was not. It was too cold to swim in. Pool view also very disappointing. View was only through the kitchen window. Balcony had a view of other accomodation only. Found the pool view advertising to be very deceptive.
