Best Western Plus Paradise Hotel Dilijan

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely perfect — peaceful and surrounded by nature, which made it ideal for a relaxing getaway. The breakfast was full of variety and everything was fresh and delicious. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. My room was very clean and comfortable, making me feel right at home. One of the highlights was the access to three beautiful pools, offering stunning views — a perfect way to unwind. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort and tranquility!

We liked the hotel and our stay. We booked a family residence room and stayed for two nights. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with juice and the staff were very helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was good with a nice variety. The restaurant served excellent food, and the views were amazing.

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were kind and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the pool and food were both very good. The location was convenient as well. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

The inside pool is small and the temperature can be higher in dressing rooms. Jacuzzi water is cold

Food , wanted to see more European cheese selections in the breakfast buffet, not overcooked boiled eggs () if they’re green inside, they are overcooked, pork bbq was not good from the restaurant twice and bet expensive

I didn't like 2 things1) The pools and sauna hours are not convenient for business travelers. For example, if you are at a conference from 10:00 until 19:00, and the breakfast is at 9:00 most possibly you will not be able to use the pool or sauna. Many people like to go to the pool before breakfast early in the morning. For example, I specifically selected your hotel, since it has pools and sauna (not many hotels in Dilijan have that), but I didn't have a chance to use them.2) The fridge in the room either needs to have a freezer compartment (so you can purchase and keep your ice there), or you should provide 1 or 2 icemakers in the building. There are people who would like to have a cold drink at night sitting at the balcony to enjoy Dilijan's great nature, but after restaurants are closed, there is no place to get ice.Don't get me wrong. everything was great, but if you can address these 2 items, will be even better.

This was my third or fourth stay, and I am already looking forward to my next visit. The staff is so professional and hospitable. The breakfast is a royal feast. There are plenty of spaces for families with young children, in addition to the pool. For me, this hotel is a writing retreat. I am able to unplug, reflect and relax. I treated myself to one of the cocktails, made with local herbs - Paradise cocktail - look for it in the menu. Can't wait to be back!

I truly enjoyed my stay at the property. The customer service was exceptional, and the reception staff went above and beyond to assist us—especially Valentina, She was aware it was my birthday and surprised me with a delicious cake, which was a thoughtful and memorable gesture. Additionally, our room was upgraded, and we were kindly offered a late check-out at 1:00 PM, which made our stay even more comfortable.The pool staff were equally impressive. Tikin Hermine, in particular, was incredibly kind and welcoming. Overall, the entire team demonstrated outstanding professionalism, warmth, and a high standard of customer service. I sincerely appreciate their efforts and look forward to returning.

The jacuzzi water is not hot

The Hotel deserves its name, it's really PARADISE!!! Great location, amazing food, very friendly, polite and kind staff, ready to help with anything you need. The cleanness everywhere in the hotel and outside is on top! The entertainment area is totally LOVE! I've felt in love with pool and sauna! Thank you so much and, hope, see you soon!

Excellent and well maintained facility. Provided quality services with great staff who were attentive to our needs and requests.

Not able to cool my room because the A/C system was not available until June. We had to keep the balcony door open to cool the room down.

It was my moms birthday i reserved room for them ,and asked the property to congratulate her some way if its possible and they made her day ?with balloons ,cake and a lot of good wishes and if im right the property updated their room to luxe ?im very thankful ,its high service and hospitality.I highly recommend this hotel to everyone ? The amenities, kids play area was really good. pool and Sauna was superb. Restaurant and service was excellent.

Best Western Dilijan is a top choice for our family. The location, with its beautiful mountain views, combined with clean, comfortable rooms and friendly service, makes it one of the best hotels in Armenia. We always enjoy the delicious food and relaxing amenities.

They have a great restaurant with super teasty food. Sometimes we pick this hotel specifically for their restaurant.Have parking and EV charger on the territory. Rooms are good, everything works. They have 2 swimming pools, if you stay at the summer you can enjoy open pool.

Last time we have stayed, there was a smoke smell in the room, so we always left the window open to somehow soften the smell. Not critical, but it bothers a bit.
