Pros +
- The staff was amazingly helpful
- Good location, quiet, lots of parking and helpful staff.
- The staff were nice and professional. The breakfast was decent. The free wifi was decent as well. Plenty of free parking while we were there.
Cons -
- Breakfast was not as good as I expected. It was a buffet, but there were very few dishes.
- The room is standard size for a Japanese hotel. In other word, very small. It's also showing its age. The bathtub was a deep tub so it may be difficult to get in and out for those with mobility issue. Not sure if they have handicap access rooms.
- no coffee in the roompillow needed softer
