Good value for a clean accommodation in a nice location
Air conditioning in room 413 did not work at all, sleepless night in a stuffy room ?
Decent hotel with good breakfast. There are also many restaurants in the nearby area.
Smell of cigarette inside the room.
Staff was so accomodating and lovelyRoom was quiet and comfortableBreakfast was tastyFacilities were nice.Looots of stores on the same street. Great CHEAP AND TASTY options for food.
A little bit of a walk from Komagane station, but totally walkable.
Large public bath
A bit far away from Komagane railway station with limited options to dine out for dinner while its restaurant offers less variety of foods and drinks at a higher price, and closes early in the evening.
Friendly staff, nice room, good breakfast
Smell came out the sink in the bathroom
Booked to go to mt. Kiso Komagatake. It's at the 2nd bus station and you need to get to the station if you want to secure your seat, which is 15mins walk form the hotel. It's in the middle of nowhere but there is a supermarket, drugstores and fast food, so it is quite convenient.
A bit far from the station.
Clean hotel, quiet rooms, helpful staff, they took into consideration all of my requests.Very good cost performance.Location: about 17 min walk from the station or 5 min ride by a taxi. There are some restaurants nearby and we loved the local beer brewery which is close to the hotel. They provide high quality amenities and free coffee in the lobby.Breakfast: as a vegan, I could have only salad and rice, but the variety of vegetables was fine.
Wifi: couldn't use it at all - it was cutting off every 20 seconds and it was really annoying. Also, I didn't like that you cannot open the window completely, just a little.
+ Breakfast was included. It was delicious.+ Close to alot of other amenities. Supermarket, Konbini, Pharmacy, Restaurant’s (CoCo, McD)+ Parking lots were very available+ Excellent location if you’re intending to visit Senjojiki Cirque
- It was undergoing facade renovations & covered in scaffolding. It made navigation hard.- Rooms are on the older side & it shows- Toilet could be cleaner
Near eateries, plenty of parking
Room carpet was damp. Some amenities not provided, eg tissue paper.
Free breakfast and a small indoor onsen. Pyjamas were also provided. Seems like this is a hotel mostly used by people on business, so very functional.
It was quite dusty especially under the bed and quite dated.
Near to dumpling-take-out store (but no microwave in shop, nor the hotel room)Sushi branch, McDonald, Small Dept Store nearby..
Location, pretty far from station..Bring own torchlight while going out at night..
cheap, pretty spacious (although the bathroom is small), staff was nice, and the breakfast was actually very tasty
the room smelled a bit like cigarettes, so if you mind these things, take note
clean and convenient
breakfast had a very small selection of foods
Everything was great. Room was adequate in size. The bed was a double rather than a single which was good. I liked the hanging facilities for my suit and the spray to take out odors and wrinkles, that came in handy. The bathroom was clean and served its purpose. Nice having the communal onsen, and free coffee. Good having the Wow Wow channel to be able to watch movies and sports programs at night. Good recommendations for where to buy gasoline cheap and also where to go to get a meal nearby. Finally, the breakfast was excellent.
The bed was too firm for my liking. It was like sleeping on a futon on the floor. Remote for TV was a little tricky to use and the buttons required to be pressed hard for the channel to change otherwise, nothing else was an issue.
Convenient.
Only one pillow was provided.
Good location, and gods view can see Senjojiki Cirque from the room ???
yes
breakfast was pretty poor selection this time around.
