Avani Vacation Club Seminyak Bali

I loved my stay at the Avani resort in Seminyak. It was a beautiful property and I really enjoyed the proximity town so it was easy to access shops, restaurants, and bars. We had a villa with a private pool and small kitchen. It was a great space and I loved the layout. The room is divided so the kitchen area and bedroom was separate. This is a great thing in a tropical environment because food easily attracts insects and if you did have to spray for insects, you did not have to worry about doing it in your bedroom. The bed was also the most comfortable I have had outside of major American hotel chain brands and the rooms included a bathtub, shower and shower/toilet near the outdoor pool. Also a nice touch so you did not have to walk through the main spaces and get floors wet. The included breakfast was delicious and all of the staff were friendly and helpful.

Everything was great. You do have to deal with some insects, so make sure you have bug repellant when walking around the grounds and the town. They do provide spray for insects to use inside the spaces, and they give a small bottle of natural repellent to use while you are there. But, it is always good to have some with you.

Not what I expected at all from Avani. Disappointing in all aspects.Public areas, entrance are awful. Guest toilets near reception are so below Standard.

Room not clean. Lots of lights not working - bedside light, pool light, desk lamp etc. lack of cutlery. Average (at best) food.Room had a persistent odour of damp.

Hotel restaurant was very nice. Large selection of breakfast options

I had a really nice experience at Avani. The room was clean, spacious and serviced daily. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. Perfect location.

The pool villa is amazing, the split between the bedroom and the lounge room having different buildings is a nice touch.

Everything was great, found one of the reception staff to be rude demanding what my room number was as I was exiting the property to go shopping, not sure if it was a misunderstanding or not.

The staff are the best. Very cooperative and helpful. Always there for us immediately and friendly. Our request was accepted and made the necessary arrangements ASAP.

Booking.com is misleading by posting its a 5 star property which it is not so should not expect a 5 star facility or arrangement. Breakfast was not buffet. Food was ok but there are better cafes nearby. Too many mosquitos and bathroom water stinks sometimes.

1.It feels like home with such friendly staff, always smiling and caring about your travels. 2.The room is very spacious. 3.There are many breakfast options, and it can be delivered directly to your room.

The soundproofing is poor, and you can constantly hear noise from the neighboring rooms, which makes it feel very lacking in privacy.

Everything! Staff were wonderful and facilities were great. Very good breakfast and so were lunches we had at the restaurant. Loved the gardens! Rooms were a good size and very clean.

Rooms were beautiful, modern, clean. Aircon fabulous. Great value for money. Staff friendly.

Long walk from road to reception and also from reception to our room.

The villa was lovely, nice to have a pool, it had everything you need. The breakfast really good and the staff wonderful and helpful all the time.

Clean place, breakfast served either at restaurant or at the room, great location, very nice villa.I enjoyed my stay and definitely will stay at same resort if i come back to Bali

The staff are really just amazing. Everyone at the reception through to the staff at breakfast. They are very friendly and have a pleasant nature. Thank You. The Villa was also really great. We enjoyed the pool and great bed.

The apartments were stunning with every convenience you could need and a massive bathroom complete with giant bathtub. Two kids in our group got sick and the staff went above and beyond to care for them. Breakfast was very nice and the staff at the restaurant/bar were lovely.

The staff were accommodating, professional, and courteous. Lovely spacious 2 bed apartment.

Surprisingly the kitchen is well-equipped, I didn't expect a rice cooker. the private pool is well maintained, hard to find any leaves or insects, even surrounded by some plants. All staff greet while passing by.

Staff doesn’t pay enought attention for hotel bulding. People have organized parties for whole nights! We couldn’t rest ! For price like that I was expected hotel where I can rest. Staff and Food was perfect.

Everything. Friendly staff - Frida, the room service, the surprise, and above all the hospitality provided for every guest. Maybe need to spend more time here!

It's hard to pin-point the lacking for this facility. To me, good enough.
