Location, staff and facilties

Rooms are clean and comfortable enough. The breakfast is good.

Some facilities are not as good. The gym available is quite small and a lot of the equipment are either broken or not as well maintained

Parking in front of the hotel - large pool - excellent breakfast - massage - complete furnished bedrooms - quiet rooms - elevators -friendely staff - shops and restaurants nearby

Fantastic hotel. We booked as a group 12 rooms and everyone was very happy of the hotel. Fantastic value for money, Nice large pool. Cheap breakfast buffet,. Massage. Fully equipped rooms and excellent service. Many restaurants and shops around the hotel.

No remark to make. Hotel was perfect.

This hotel has amazing value for money, I stayed there for 6 days together with my partner and we both liked it very much.- The location is amazing, walking distance from all the good restaurants and cafes as well as a nearby beach which is 20 mins walking.- The staff were very polite and friendly just like everyone in Bali.- We sent our clothes to the laundry multiple times and they are always very clean and remove even hard stains.- The hotel is always very clean as well as our room.Havent tried neither the food nor the swimming pool so I cant review those, but I recommend you eat at the many AMAZING restaurants nearby.

Good location, clean and very nice. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Overall, it felt cozy and well-maintained.

Although the walls were clean, there was a slight mold scent in the room. Some noise from nearby clubs during the afternoon, but it stops after 3 pm.

I stayed in a Junior Suite Room. It was spacious room, but the Sofabed was not comfortable at all for sleeping. Bathroom was perfect. Breakfast was standard but it's OK.

The design of each door along corridor created an old version image of property. Suppose without any picture drawing of each door, it would have been better and it's gonna be looked modern.

Hotel location is so close to a lot of restaurants, convenience store and shopping area. Room is clean, aircon is working well as well.

TV is quite old and doesn't connect to Netflix, though it has a few tv channels available to watch shows.

The property is great, location is amazing near by many restaurants, live music, and supermarket. In addition, the staff is very nice, especially housekeeper, security guard, and staff kitchen. ! Value for money except breakfast and dinner.

During my stay, I encountered a few issues that I hope can be improved. I found a worm in the salad, which I reported to the staff, and she kindly apologized. In addition, the breakfast selection was quite limited, and I noticed there was no salt or pepper available, which was a bit inconvenient. Also, some of the breakfast staff seemed to have difficulty remembering my room number and asked me for it frequently throughout my 10-day stay. I appreciate the staff’s efforts and hope these points can be addressed to enhance the guest experience.

Bed was comfortable but room a little small than what I used to in Bali. Staff members were very kind and trying to help even though you have to explain few times. Make sure you let them know if you need alternate milk options as they don’t have it in the hotel which I find it strange.

Only one lift available and other lift was on maintenance. Gym was ok, small and equipment could be updated. Sadly Spa treatment wasn’t open as it should be.

Great location. Nice and modern. Staff were fantastic - super helpful and the cleaning staff are so attentive.

This is our second time staying here, everything was exceptional, staff are absolutely amazing, very friendly with big smiles & always very polite ..Our stay was over Nyepi day & hotel added activities & buffet for meals, hotel is walking distance to shopping or they have a shuttle to take you.

It was a recommendation by a local friend, and I loved how clean it was!

Great hotel for a very affordable price

Don't expect too much of the gym. It's quite small, but it does have some dumbbells and treadmills.

Surrounded by good cafes and restaurants and only a short walk to Umalas (5 mins) and Potato Head Beach Club (20 mins). Staff were very helpful. Off-season price is very attractive.

This hotel is amazing, one of the best stays we had in Bali. The staff are so friendly and welcoming they are a credit to the hotel, we celebrated a birthday here and the staff helped decorated the room for us. The room was very clean and spacious the bed was comfy, fully functioning AC and WiFi. The housekeeping staff cleaned our rooms each morning.Buffet breakfast was great with many options to choose from. The facilities are nice and they have entertainment on Friday & Saturday nights. Close to shops and restaurants. Overall a wonderful experience highly recommended ??

Not a thing we could fault

The room was amazing, really clean and pretty. The staffs were so nice to help us to get taxi and to keep our luggage.The location was in the middle of everything, just across to circle K and lots of restaurants and cafe nearby.

Everything was great but there was a bathroom sliding door that can be opened and connected to bedroom. Just bit weird and it can’t be locked too.Also it was rainy all day and hotel only have 1 umbrella so they can’t lend it to us.

Clean room and extra towels provided when requested

Buffet breakfast wasn't that great. Not a lot of western options.
