Good location, close to shops but in a nice quiet lane away from the noisey streets.

Rooms very close together, can easily hear your neighbours.

Would definitely not recommend this hotel. It looks nice on pictures on booking.com but in reality it is very dirty, very small and unclean bed sheets. Really would not waste your money. The hotel actually charges us twice and it took me 2.5 weeks to get a refund after chasing every day.

Located at the center of Seminyak. Walking distance to the Petitenget Beach and Seminyak Village. Easy access to many interesting places and shops. Friendly staffs.

The room is standard. Fail to clean the room once every two days. Drinking water is not fresh and salty. Bathroom interior is too narrow especially if you have bigger figure.

great location for restaurants and bars, staff were very helpful and kind. the room was adequate for a 3 night stay, definitely would stay again. Thank you

its a very convenient location , 2 mins walk to the mall, and so close to cafes and bars. everything is within walking distance. probably a 5 mins ride to the beach clubs. staff were friendly too.

i realised on the second day that they actually reused the bed sheets they only tidied up the toilet and the bed. on my second day there wasnt any tap water, as well as the bidet. the shower stopped having water too. im not sure of how clean the water is but my face started breaking out so i bough bottles of water to shower. the shower head broke on the second last day of my stay. floor felt dirty too. they provide a drinking water but then again we didnt touch it as we werent sure of clean the water was. maybe hotel can provide a proper sealed bottle drinking water instead. no ironing board were provided, u have to ask for an iron from the front desk however but still no ironing board.

friendly receptionist, clean and fragrant room, strategic location, spacious room and made me comfortable,the mini garden is very nice the swimming pool is clean and the breakfast is good

they didn’t change our sheets or towels the whole 3 days we were there or clean our room. There was no hot water in the shower and they wouldn’t provide ab extra bed even though we booked for 5 people.

As our room was in front of the pool, people at the pool could look straight through our room and also the noise they made could be heard inside.

I stayed at this property each time I visit Bali before the pandemic. it’s clean with friendly staff.

My stay this time, not sure if my room was cleaned every day as the towels were not changed. Daily drinking water not provided.

Really friendly staff who helped with our cases- couldn't fault the staff, however the place really needs freshened up. It could be amazing with a revamp- the cushions on our bed were dirty/mouldy, the towels were tiny, and the bathroom was dark. There were no lights in the corridors so at night it was very dark to walk through and the noise from other guests in the hotel travelled through rooms as if the doors were open. SO much potential for this place as the location is amazing!!! For the price, we got what we paid for, but I would pay more if it was to be modernised and refreshed!

Rooms 211/212 had trees outside the windows which kept hitting/scraping off the window in the wind- simply needs trimmed down.

rooftop bar doesn’t exist? there is a sitting area though with a nice biew but chairs and roof are falling apart.Staff were generally very un helpful, not able to help organise airport transfer to pickup a a late comer of our group. literally nothing else on offer except a room, no breakfast etc.
